The no nonsense check- in and out. Housekeeping staff were quick and amazing. Ample parking facing Rosecrans. Not so much in the back lot. Spaces were very small and didn't give much length room for bigger trucks or SUVs. Everyone was parking haphazardly diagonal just to try to fit.

Bed linen was obviously dirty and hadn't been changed in a few days. Housekeeping had no problem giving us clean linen when requested. It would just be nice to be able to lay down and relax especially after a 8 hr drive from an out of town trip. Rooms were small and bathroom was old and outdated with stains in the tub. The bottom of the bed had this tin/sheet metal skirt so whenever we accidently kicked it when trying to get between the beds it would make a loud banging noise. I was offered free late checkout on the app for being a reward member but then received an email from the hotel stating that they don't offer late check out. So. Why give the option when booking for late check out???

We arrived early morning from the airport and were able to check in early for an extra fee and enjoy breakfast as well.

The receptionist although helpful with early check came over as grumpy and wasn’t too bothered when she sent us to a room that was occupied. I love an included breakfast but hate that single use crockery is used. I’d rather wash the dishes myself than use throw away plates and cups. We need to be a lot more responsible if we are going to combat the amount of waste, landfill and pollution these items cause. Although there was coffee and kettle in the room there was no milk.

The room was large, and the shower was great. The breakfast stayed the same, and consisted of waffles, bread, cereal, yogurt, sweet rolls, apples, bananas, juices, coffee, and hard boiled eggs.

The window was not well insulated and so you heard loud traffic daily, which made it a bit difficult to sleep, some of the days.

The Ramada was 15min drive to Sea World which was nice. The 1bedroom suite looks just like the pictures. The water pressure to take a shower was decent. Staff was nice. The breakfast was decent but there was a Dennys Restaurant 5min drive, 10min walk from the hotel. Overall I would think about staying here again.

They need better parking spaces for SUV’s. The bed was too closed to the wall so when I got out of the bed I would be face to face with the wall.

Convenient location, price, and cleanliness of the facility. The building was extremely old, had a tiny elevator, and tiny bathrooms. The floors and tiles in the bathroom had been updated and were in good shape. The grout in the shower/tub was clean, a huge plus for me.

Beds were not comfortable, too soft. Pillows were lumpy.

Location was great. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed.

This isn’t a knock again the hotel - but against people who are going to their room after 9pm. Why do you need to slam the door? Are you so uncaring of your surroundings that slamming the door multiple times is necessary to announce your presence? Happened multiple nights.

We always have a great stay. Employees are all very nice and accommodating. Property always looks clean. A/C always works great in all the rooms my husband and I have stayed in. We honestly enjoy our stays here.

The room we stayed in was expensive. The double beds were uncomfortable this time. I believe it was the this specific room beds , because in the past they have been comfortable. Their rates have been going up lately .

We liked how the staff corrected a small issue we had in our room with a shower curtain. We mentioned it our first morning there and it was corrected before we got back from breakfast. Thumbs up to attention to detail!

When surveying my friends, we could not think of any single aspect of this trip that we did not like.

Close to everything I wanted to visit

Paper thin walls. I could hear everything the people across the hall were saying/doing 😱 Constant smell of weed in the hallway and when I turned on the bathroom fan/light, all I could smell was sewer gas

The service was really good. The staff were available whenever I needed then. Congrats.

The room does not have the best condition in absolute terms. But adjusted for price, it worth it.
