New hotel. Rooms are spacious. One of the best days that I've had in San Diego

This is not about the hotel, but it's location. There are no restaurants within an easy walking distance

Very clean, the staff was always courteous and very helpful. We were close to restaurants and walked there over the foot bridge. The view of the boats and yachts were amazing.

Nice modern hotel, very good location in Point Loma and Liberty Station, great for our purposes (and for folks using airport, which we were not). The guests were quiet and the hotel had courteous staff.

Well, it only had one chair for 2 people!? And there is some airport jets-taking-off noise, of course, being close to airport, but not too loud with good solid windows muffling the sound. The only annoyance was construction backhoe hammering starting a bit after 6am (in early September 2024) from a nearby unaffiliated lot, on weekdays, not under hotel's control. This noise could be heard through the windows.

The breakfast was excellent and fresh everyday although they could use more sitting areas. The area this is located at is great and if you like walking there's a pathway around the harbor that you can walk.

The only disappointing thing was that they are still doing the covid routine where they don't clean the rooms. I did not mind that they did not clean my room for 5 days but it would have been nice to be asked if we needed clean towels or to clean the garbage. There was a sign that said they clean every second day but they never did clean our room the whole 5 days we were there.

The location was perfect, very close to the airport. The large lobby was well lit at the time of my arrival late in the evening and I appreciated the self-serve tea and coffee bar for a hot cup of tea to take to my room. The front desk staff was welcoming and checked me in promptly. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. It would definitely be my first choice for a San Diego hotel next time I am in town.

The name of this hotel is the same as another hotel about 1.5 miles away, on the other side of the airport. The only difference is this one is Liberty Station and the other one is Downtown. I was dropped off at the wrong one after my friend took me out for dinner because she looked up Hampton Inn and Suites San Diego Airport on her phone, and we were closer to the other one.

Great hotel, well cared for, staff was super nice and helpful, it had many more amenities that we were expecting for an “airport” hotel. (pool, laundry room, gym) the complimentary breakfast was really nice… only thing to mention is they don’t have a restaurant on site, but there’s a few a short walk distance. the airport shuttle was also a nice perk. would totally consider to stay here for a longer stay!

Very clean, great quality of the shower supplies (shampoo, body lotion, soap, conditioner). Comfy bed and delicious breakfast (omelet, sausage, potatoes, boiled eggs, oat meal, waffles, oranges, yogurt ...) The staff was so nice and let us check out 1 hour later. Very convenient they have computer and printer in the lobby, that you can use for no charge if you need. Tea, coffee anx water station is also always available there. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Had difficulties to slide heavy bathroom door, and it's not locking. I wish that the shuttle bus would run a little bit longer hours. And for breakfast would be nice to have some fresh vegetables (tomatoes or cucumber)

Everything about this hotel was a positive experience: 1) location is super convenient, as it is 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown San Diego. They provide a free shuttle (available upon request at anytime!). 2) the staff was courteous and prompt to accomodate any requests. 3) included breakfast was good and menu varied from day to day. 4) hotel is close to Liberty station which is a neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, cafes and markets. 5 stars!

Nothing I can think about.

The hotel felt secure. The parking area had plenty of spots, so it didn't feel cramped. Breakfast was warm and plentiful. The location was ideal to where I needed to be. Love the fact that Liberty Station was close enough to walk, so I was able to save some gas.

Just a couple minor issues. The use of the key card to turn on the power for the bathroom and entryway lights was a bit annoying. Pillows felt flat, but that feels common with hotel pillows lately.

Breakfast was delicous! The beds were very comfortable, and the entire hotel was very clean! The shuttle was a big help getting back and forth from the airport! Staff was very accomodating. Recommend 100%!

Prices were raised due to the conference in town costing over $300 a night for a 6 night stay. They are now listing a little over 200. I felt there should have been some kind of discount for the long stay or through the conference for selling out of rooms at their vender.
