Family owned and operated. They help as best they can. They are attempting to remodel and stay open. So my expectations are low. They are working hard to deliver. And I appreciate that. The staff is always pleasant

The re- model can be noisy in the early morning. No security sometimes there are ppl sitting around that are not visitors or workers. Lighting is poor at nite. I would also like to see deposits returned.

It’s at a great location near several good restaurants and general stores and very close to the airport. The proprietor Advait Dhavsar is a great guy who will go out of his way to help you. The rooms are big and comfortable and have recently been renovated.

After the renovation, the rooms haven’t been fully furnished yet. They require bedside tables, a couple of Sofa chairs and a centre table.

The location excellent, especially if you are visiting Shelter Island, Ocean Beach, or Point Loma. The staff tries to be useful. The beds are quite comfortable, and the air conditioning works well.

The parking situation is not great. It is generally easier to find parking on the street, which I've never had a problem with.

I Can't Say Much What I Didn't Like Sunrise Inn Is Great For Customers Like Myself Who Are Not To Fussed About 6 Star Accommodation Just Clean Basic Stays With A Decent Bed Clean Room Bathroom And Facilities For Self Catering. After All You're On Holiday/Vacation. Most Stayers Eat Out. However Sunrise Inn Do Supply Minimal Breakfast Amenities..

Where else will you get free underground parking in this part of town?! Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The location is amazing, so many good places to eat

The chair for the desk was fairly old and uncomfortable. The parking lot is a tight fit. But if you have compact car and are confident and comfortable driving your car, it works.

The remote cover to the t.v. Is missing. I had a hard time changing the channels because I was afraid of the batteries would come apart. I didn’t like the front desk staff knocking on the door 10 minutes till check out time. He could have tell me as I am checking in. I’m still waiting for a reply if that $100 deposit is refundable or not on top of the room rate.

Staff was kind. Cheerful and ready to accommodate. Facilities a tad run down but it was a last minute booking for my Father's 90th Birthday. We will return

Location is near sunset cliff which is a great place to visit if you are in san diego. We stayed in 4th floor. The hotel has elevator which Is good.

There was not enough towels. Parking area seems too small for big cars.

loved the location. Point Loma and Shelter Island is the best part of San Diego, the taco tour bus was 1 block away, and its within walking distance of the airport

the night staff was rarely in the lobby, there was a lot of outside noise (road, hallways)

The location is excellent - right near everything in Pt. Loma Village. Great value.

Parking situation is not great, but there is safe parking on the street.
