Particularly appreciated the included good breakfast (plenty of choices!) and the complementary shuttle to the cruise terminal.

Great location, close to marina and a few minutes drive to and from the airport. Parking was free, which was great. Breakfast items offered were good to get us started for a day of sightseeing. Housekeeping came to make up the room every day. No comments on the pool as we didn't use it.

The pillows were uncomfortable. Harbor view room on the 3rd floor was obstructed by restaurants and buildings across the street. Ask for a higher floor if you want to enjoy the view. 6th floor is the highest floor. Harbor view rooms also face the main street which is noisy if you're a light sleeper. The light outside the balcony is always on when it's dark out. The curtains let in light along the edges of the wall, so the room is not completely dark if that's what you need for sleep.

Beds were comfy, parking provided free of charge and breakfast was good!

Hotel is slightly run down, could do with a bit of a revamp

Good location, near harbour. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but good value for the price. Small deck to sit on. Comfortable and clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices. Outdoor Pool and hot tub just fine. Also offered free shuttle to cruise port, on cruise days, which was a bonus for us.

Definitely older, could use some updating.

Loved staying here, nice area of San Diego and felt very safe. The pool and spa were nice to wind down after a big day of exploring. Breakfast was good, and lovely enjoyed out by the pool of the breakfast room is too busy. Rooms were very clean and a decent size so you don’t feel cramped in them, ask for a harbour view, you won’t regret it. Close to a Ralph’s supermarket so that’s hand too and also so really good dinner spots, and very easy access to the airport.

When we first checked in we were given an extremely small room which wasn’t going to work for two. I asked for another room which after a long search we were given a larger room at no extra cost. The staff friendly at all times. Breakfast set up so nicely and free parking. The view of the harbor and the restaurants at the harbor added to our experience. Location perfect and easy to get around. Oh, the pool so welcoming!

I feel better covers for beds and thicker towels.

Nice big rooms, good stuff. We had some issues with the bathroom and facility man.came in 5 mins to solve it. Nice view from which has fridge and microwave(big plus)

Breakfast was the same everyday

The breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold food to choose from: Warm scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, shredded pork, hard boiled eggs, hash browns, country potatoes, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, fruit, etc. I appreciated the abundance and variety of food. A breakfast room attendant was present keeping the food area clean and tables wipped down after guests finished eating. I also liked the underground parking and spacious room. The location was great: you can walk across the street to the harbor, go for a stroll along the water front and eat at a variety of restaurants

the property has a great location. the front desk staff (Steve?? helped us the most) were incredibly nice and had great recommendations and very helpful. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast had really great food and selection, I would recommend eating by the pool each morning to start the day of right.

the building itself is slightly outdated but in no way affected our stay.

The room was comfortable. We had a room that looked onto the street. The views were nice. The staff were pleasant. This hotel offers free breakfast. The food and drink options were nice.

The room was clean on the surface, but we could tell the maid service had only straightened up the room and did not do a thorough cleaning. In one of the beds, there was a sea shell under the throw blanket. Which indicated that throw had probably not been changed and possibly the sheets, although they seemed clean. In the shower, a used bar of soap was left in the shower soap holder. The soap holder is on the wall up high, so it can be missed if you aren't actually cleaning the space, just straightening up. Overall, everything was very nice and we would definitely stay there again.
