Clean, updated, view, shuttle to the airport, excellent staff, elevators with no issues, everything working, no overpowering smells, deli in between the two buildings, in room coffee, no noise issues from other guest’s rooms. Shuttle driver did not ask which tower we reserved. Dropped off at the wrong tower and the desk personnel accommodated us in the updated tower. That’s good management when the staff is allowed to make decisions as this. Way too many companies put the staff in the middle of the upset customer and the self important manager.

With the exception of the deli down the street, food prices are exorbitant. It wouldn’t be so bad when you have a rental car but the nightly parking fee is also exorbitant. It’s like they’ve got you hemmed in so you must pay. Then there is no thought of even having a simple muffin available for breakfast. Oh come on. That to me is pathetic.

The property is beautiful! Rooms were nice and clean, common areas of the hotel are nice, good food options! The brewery was our favorite - the bartenders were friendly and the pretzel and beer selections were great! Pizza was so so, especially for the price. The little store onsite is nice for a quick stop for snacks etc. Overall, it was a great 8 day stay! Everything is well maintained, all staff were nice, and does have a resort feel. It’s nice the pool provides towels too, one less thing to pack!

Paying $50 a night to park feels ridiculous… especially as a hotel guest. We stayed 8 days so that right there was already an extra $400… I can see if I want to use valet I would pay (which is extra) but it just felt really excessive. Also, we were here in April so maybe it stays open later in the summer - but the pool bar closes at 5pm, which seems early… and the wait was kind of long for a drink at the pool. Also, I don’t know if all rooms are connecting, but we had a connecting room and almost were always woken up by the people in the connecting room or outside.

There are lots of added on fees that are confusing. The food was good and overprices...as expected. Unfortunately, most hotels charge you for the room and parking/parking = $50 plus a night. The location really made the stay very memorable and the desire to return to Sheraton SD. Would not want the Marina tower though. Lanai and Harbor have wonderful views.

Some staff did not even acknowledge your presence at the pool or in the lobby areas. Sometimes you waited far too long to talk or ask questions due to staff just continuing to pass by.

On arrival we could see that the hotel was beautiful, parking was available, the rooms were absolutely stunning with amazing views over the harbour and breakfast was delicious. All the facilities were also amazing, and we consider that the hotel was fantastic in every way. We only stayed one night as we had travelled around California/Vegas and the stay was before travelling home (THE HOTEL IS VERY NEAR THE AIRPORT), So a fantastic location for that reason, It is also really close to downtown San Diego. I have to confirm, this was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in the US, a 10/10 for myself and my family, I wish we could have stayed longer.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton San Diego Bay Tower. The marina views were beautiful at sunset, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Several Uber drivers struggled to find the correct Sheraton on Harbor Island, and the lack of a clear parking area caused delays or missed deliveries of my orders. Shuttle times were unclear, though one arrived after about 30 minutes.

All the facilities were excellent, food was good, wish the pool bar stayed open longer other the that a great place to stay

Wifi only worked half the time we were there and that was 3 days. Parking gate was acting up so those things made us a bit annoyed.

It was near the airport, the hotel operates a shuttle service to/from the airport, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The room was excellent. It as clean, the beds and pillows were to die for. We had an evening snack at the bar which was very good and the margaritas were great. Adam the barman was a credit to the hotel. Smilingly attentive and very professional. He mixes those great margaritas.

Nothing.

The entire place was so well planned out and furnished. The lobby was gorgeous with so many lounging spots as well as a healthy snack/coffee shop! The staff members were super friendly and hard working. It couldn’t get any better. Best hotel we have stayed at even when we have paid double the price.

My bed sheet smelled like urine but everything else was clean so not sure what went wrong there.

Location

I booked a king size room, but when I got there they said only had two beds room, so I got small bed, very uncomfortable, and I was charged for the same amount of a king size room , we were celebrating our anniversary, but we’re not happy with the room that they gave me

The Sheraton Harbor & Marina was absolutely beautiful. They upgraded my room for free with a beautiful water-front view. The offered me free parking which was a bonus! The restaurant/bar is fantastic!! I enjoyed spending time outside walking around the harbor which was beautiful with the palm trees and the yachts. The pool is very nice too which is very close to the ocean and harbor making a nice view. I will definitely go back!
