I liked the large kitchen and large bathroom in the single king room. I was impressed with room and the AC worked great. Easy to get off and on the highway from this location.

Charging $20 to park on your property does not make sense. I’ve already paid $140 to stay at the hotel, why make people pay another $20 to park. This was my only con of this place.

the price for the parking wasnt mentioned at all till i get there... a bit annoying you need to pay for it.

Pool and jacuzzi.Jacuzzi was hot and jets were great. Shower had good water pressure and hot water, almost immediately. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower was nice. Microwave and frig in room are nice. Plenty of places to charge phones, with wireless charging and plug ins.

Not thrilled about having to pay to park. 3rd story was noisy, we were on the 2nd. The hotel wants a security deposit immediately, but it takes a few days to get it back.

You can tell the staff works so so so hard. They're sweeping the parking lot and cleaning every room every day. They all need raises. Sheets crisp and clean. Towels crisp and fresh. Comfortable enough beds.

Musky, floors feel wet, little ventilation in the rooms unless you prop the door open. Constant hot and cold can never really get the temperature in the rooms right. One designated smoking area clear on the other side of the complex. No bottled waters in the room. Have to pay for parking when you can easily find other hotels that you dont pay for parking AND they serve breakfast. Coke machine charged me twice and I only got one drink. No waters available in drink machines, only Coke was stocked. Lumpy pillows. Zero flexibility on early check in and late check out. Should be easier to be accommodating to people who have early and late flights.

The room and beds were fine. When we had an issue with someone pounding on our door from outside, security came quickly.

The bathroom door, which was a pocket door, stuck and was very loud to open and close, so we had to leave it open slightly so as not to wake up people in the room. The pool wasn't operational, though we could have used the one at the hotel next door. The room was on the small side. I should have looked more closely at the photos, since the unit doors opened to an external hallway. There was someone pounding on the door at 7am who went away - I think the external hallway makes it easier for people who aren't staying at the hotel to loiter.

The customer service was great. She was very welcoming and keep a smile on her face. She explained everything to the parking and that was great.

The room could have been cleaner. The stans on the walls and the bathroom doors needs to be updated. The towels under the TV should say for the pool. It is stains on the walls which is nasty a a dab of paint could have covered it up, could have the staff wiped it off. And the carpet could have been shampooed, and remover the old thermostat from the room, it was confusing because I thought the AC did not work. The curtains need to be able to close all the way.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I like the fact that they are dog friendly and offered a doggy bag with a bone and poop bags

The hotel was located on a busy street, right next to a motel 8, which houses people from prison who are shooting up meth on the stairs. They wander to the Days Inn to use laundry and the pool. One man was following me and was lingering out my window. I alerted the front desk and they moved my room immediately and called security to remove the man. I was very grateful to the staff and security. The only downside is that the next room smelled of smoke and mildew. I was supposed to stay one more night, but chose to cancel and go to a different location.

Really one of the best Wyndham hotels Id been in since I became a Wyndham hotel member since I membered at Marriott in California CITY.and CA as California elsewhere Wyndham rewards .Also my spouse Fe T Maglasang Magsaysay was signed for Wyndham rewards member

Cleanliness Front desk smart ess.and politeness,kindness in accommodating us as well. I think need water given for coffee at least. At least choices for a Breakfast as most travelled coming from out of states or farther places.Othwrwise,Awesome to stay

EVERYTHING ! The hotel was beautiful from the start. The lobby is well kept, and the customer service is superb. We stayed for over a week and our room was beautiful as well, it had a mini fridge plus a microwave ! I mostly loved the housekeeping, specifically dulce ! She was amazing...I can't even begin to explain how fast and efficient she is. She made our stay wonderful, making sure we had enough towels, cups, etc. I hope she got the tip I left for her in the front office. The pool is heated, and the jacuzzi gets really hot, which was great. They have a snack bar in the lobby and vending machines almost everywhere around the property. They clean rooms daily, and the laundromat is pretty clean, and they work great as well. Can't wait to visit again.

Besides someone passing away right next door to us and the construction noise on some days, the stay was great.

Very easy to check in. Good place to stay. Near the freeway, it just one minute or two to enter the highway, so it's very convenient to visit some places. Ex, Sea World, the Old Town, SD Zoom, Balboa Park, etc. It says you need to pay for the parking when booking on the web, but actually, the hotel guest needn't. It's ready good! The cafeteria provides a lot of food, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of them are not expensive.

I was expecting a lot of kitchen amenities like an induction cooktop, some dishes and a sink, etc., but all we had was a microwave and a refrigerator.
