All was good! The strucure was overall up to standards. We appreciate the room room that was large and clean, but more importantly the professionality and kindness of the staff. The position was good to reach the main points on interest (i.e. 15-20 minutes by car). Overall an accomodation I kindly suggest.

Maybe there is space to work on the breakfast in order to introduce more choices (i.e. Croassaints, sandwich, etc…). Rooms’ soundproof is a little bit low. The last night we stood in our room we were suddenly awakened by neighbors’ screams.

Great breakfast. Variety every day. food is super, very good and tasty. Very clean place, and staff very helpful. I will try this place first before looking any others. Breakfast shadow any other discrepancy. Worth the stay.

Parking spaces very narrow. Hard to get in and out of the vehicles. $25.00 a day parking. Hard to find a space on weekends.

the staff were so friendly! I love the fact that Hilton always offers waters at check in. Breakfast and happy hour, great! The room was outstanding, fresh and clean. loved the floor plan! (I cut my stay at the Wyndham Bayside short and moved to your hotel. I gave them an earful about the lack of quality at their hotel.)

the bathroom was great, but needs a little attention (the shower head is loose and some of the wall paper is peeling off the wall.

Breakfast very sad with water eggs, powdered etc.

The happy hour as I was there for three days was sad. The mozzarella sticks were cold, some were frozen and the red sauce was also cold. It was very sad as the lady that was there every night just kept asking for tips and also was rude when we needed ice for our paid for beers from the front desk. She was the same one with a different wig every day.

Staff were nice and helpful. It was nice to get a complimentary breakfast meal and appetizers and drinks in the evening Monday through Wednesday. It was comfortable to have a suite with the amenities needed. The room we were given, number 416, was very spacious and accommodated our family of five.

The pool was a bit small.

Vonnica at the front desk was so nice and wonderful to us from beginning to end .also loved the complimentary soup was so amazing . would refer Homewood Suites to anyone looking for families to stay in San Diego . Mahalo for the amazing stay

Nothing it was all amazing

The property is conveniently located near downtown, the beach, and various tourist attractions. The room is clean and well-equipped for families. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and changes daily, and guests can also enjoy a free cocktail in the evening. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The bed mattress is quite uncomfortable.

The location is good , staff are nice and respond quickly to my requests. It will be on my list for my next visit ☺️

The fitness room is not comfortable, there is no fresh air, and there are no Internet connections. There is also a leaking in the laundry room ! When we wash our clothes!!

Buffet breakfast is great and available everyday. Accomodated for family and I to be on the same floor. Kitchen and utensils available for use

1. location!!! - close to fashion valley mall, which contained restaurants and well known department stores 2. breakfast was reasonable… even though the eggs were not real eggs :( 3. the suite room was comfortable and spacious for a family of 3. nice kitchen/living room space … along with bedrooms and bathrooms 4. the pool was nice 5. the front desk individuals were friendly 6. I like the layout of the dining space on the main floor (great little fire place) 7. the decor was very nice upon entry

1. the eggs at breakfast were not real eggs and tasted pretty fake …almost plastic like …. 2. the room could have been cleaned better . I noticed dust on the ceiling fans and dust accumulated around the room in various places. 3. the facility charged me incidental fees upon check in AND during check out. when I questioned the front desk , I was told “they were not sure why I was charged twice”. I’d like to believe this additional $265 will fall off in a few days, since no one could explain it… 4. the “store” on the main floor was very limited in their selections 5. I believe I experienced hard water in the shower …also the soap left my skin very dry. very itchy
