I have stayed here for two full weeks in the past, even though I had a house with several roommates because of just how centralized it feels. Whether it’s a bus or ride share, everything is within a reasonable means to go literally anywhere, and I honestly couldn’t like the staff anymore than if I grew up with them because they are the most polite people. I would know, I have been to enough hotels in the area that have very poor attitudes to know that the level of patience and kindness each member of the staff, from the concierge desk to the housekeeping staff, here is one to base your entire business model after. I am truly grateful for the nights of peace I’ve had here even though, duh it’s a hotel, there’s always plenty of life happening, but for some reason here I feel safer and more comfortable than I have at the W in Los Angeles.

The occasionally hard to close bathroom door but that’s what happens in a humid area and lots of hot showers as with any hotel but if I have to point out some kind of flaw that would be the only one I can think of.

Ice available, location, ease of making reservation and breakfast was ok. Appreciated placement close to elevator. Worker was effective with repair of refrigerator.

Have to go to the office for towels, toilet paper, refrigerator leaked, room key frequently deactivated throughout the stay, very annoyed that we were charged for late check out (one hour) and not informed- it was a week day and hotel was not booked up.

The room and bathroom was clean. Hot water was hot, a/c and fridge worked. Breakfast is decent for a motel.

They charge for parking when a lot of other motels don't.

Didn’t eat breakfast cuz I wasn’t informed at the time when I registered that I have to have a voucher to be able to eat breakfast. The person at that time was not very informative or helpful like need to trained on public relations other than that the room was clean and other things were in running condition. Thank you very much.

Wish that the room numbers were numbered in a normal format instead of all odd numbers were on one side then the even numbers were on the other side. Also it would have been nice if they have rooms for people with disabilities near the elevators and parking for disabled patrons as well.

All the rooms are clean and spacious. Beds and linens clean and comfortable. TV sharp and many channels to choose from. All appliances worked as they should and I had a great stay. One of my favorites in Mission Valley and close to all the shopping and food venues nearby. And right off the "8" so you can travel in any direction from there with ease.

It was a really nice hotel. Did have breakfast every morning from 6:30 to 9:30, had waffles, cereal, and muffins. Had coffee and milk. and it had tables and chairs so you can sit down right there and eat breakfast. Everything was clean.

I pretty much like everything. It was great for the price and very friendly staff. The only complaint I have is pretty much with all of them, why do you charge me $5 to park where else you want me to park in the street?

Staff is like family vibe and very courteous. I didn't have many requests but they didn't lie to me or if I asked a question about the property act like they have no idea. They seemed helpful and obviously cannot control heaven but I felt it was the best stay at a hotel i have had for some time. Thank you.

Cannot get good ventilation and privacy at the same time. In order to get a breeze or any fresh air basically I would have to expose myself to others who could possible be offended or something l.

booking.com send me the confirmation of my reservation but the property didn't have any records. I had to called Booking.com after 45 minutes we get this resolved. we had to end to cancel the reservation with booking.com check with the credit card that we won't have double charge which was very inconvenience and a hassle. moral do not relay on booking.com..

The breakfast is constantly stocked with the most delicious food that is prepared that day. It is a comfortable breakfast with nice workers they have helped me with many accommodations and have been more than kind on multiple occasions.

There is nothing that I did not like.

I enjoyed the staff. Super helpful while I was there. The handled several questions that I have for them. Friendly every time I interacted with them.

I did find some poo under the toilet seat of my room. Very humid in the room. I had to have the window open to be able to vent the room. The coffee offered in the room isn’t very good and you only have one packet of sugar, sweetener and creamer available In the room. I was also disappointed in the laundry amenities. Most of the units were out of order and very dusty. My clothes when I was finished weren’t completely dry. I had to finish hanging them in my humid room to dry them.
