It was easy to check in and front desk was nice. Room was fairly small and there’s carpet.

I kept getting woken up by housekeeping on the day of my checkout. I was woken up 2 times in the morning and one third time around 11, when checkout is at 12. I would appreciate it if hotel would get “do not disturb” signs for the door. Aside from that everything was ok.

Room was nice and had a honey feel to it, quiet, comfortable, and beds were perfect, everything was spotless! The guy working the front desk that early morning somehow got me into a room at about the last minute and went above and beyond to make sure I did, I really appreciate his extra hard work and how very pleasant he was!

The parking situation could be a little better, because it just doesn't seem like there's enough spaces in cro t if the rooms, and then if you park in the garage u derneath, I believe you gotta have something on your car or you will get towed, but I know it's not that much space for spaces for that hotel, so you just gotta 2ork with it.

Our room was great, very clean.

Water pressure in the shower very low. Parking lot is very narrow, hard to move about the lot. Checkout process took forever.. only one staff member checking out customers and she seem to be grouchy, did not smile at all.

I liked that there were many stores, easy access to them. It was nice to know there was a shopping area near by. I liked the location of this hotel. Everyone was nice.

I didn't like that there were coupons being slid through the door. That was something that scared us. It was also 8 o'clock, it's too late to be sliding coupons through.

My kids enjoyed the bunk bed! the breakfast was great ! I used to work for a hotel and this room was very clean!!

I didn't like that the bunk beds are the first room when you walk in the door I thought the rooms should be flipped and maybe the big bed there and kids in second room . I also thought the microwave should be more visible maybe on top the counter.

the car dealership next door and the accessible rooms need to be upgraded for space. my cousin ended up falling on the floor in between the toilet. there were no rails by the toilet. later told no other rooms were available. having to take out my own trash( which wasn’t a problem) but having to go to the office for exchange towels and getting a roll of toilet tissue. no one at least left a garbage bags.

I liked the serenity it was quite no loud music really 😎 cool

Didn't like the no vent in bathroom makes uncomfortable when go.🥵also you need to let it be known if there are LGTGTD PARTY 🥳.CAUSE SOME DONT LIKE IT.

I liked how it was fast for check-in.

Make sure the sides of the couches are clean from napkins and trash . I found some napkins with some food and stuff shoved in between the wall and couch. Luckily, I found it before my toddler did.

It was very clean and smelled good which is hard to keep up with In motels. The staff were all friendly and helpful

The shower was a bit cold but that’s understandable because everyone’s running water

it’s was a good stay for a good price. I couldn’t complain. The room was big with a lot of space and also a lot of parking spots which is nice. The location of the hotel was close to attractions and food which was nice everything took about 10-20 minutes to get to.

something happened in one for the rooms and police were there for 2 days investigating. I don’t think the hotel could’ve have done anything to cause or avoid that but I would’ve like to know if It was something to be worried about.
