Room was great comfortable bed and the staff was very nice. They do charge for parking but you can also park on the street.

The location was great! Lots of parking. Check in and out was easy. The staff was great! There were home made cookies that were delicious. Big jugs of fresh water available as well as apples and oranges. The room was clean

There are no microwaves in the room but there was one in the lobby for everyone to use, while that wasn’t horrible it was annoying to have everyone stare at us while we heated our food. The AC was very outdated. It sounded like it was going to go out at any minute and it wasn’t really blowing out cold air, just enough so we weren’t all hot. The water pressure was SO bad. Most of the water came out of the bottom faucet so we barely had a mist to shower with. There is also a daily fee of $28 for parking which we didn’t know about ahead of time

The hotel was wonderful from top to bottom. However the real highlights were the interactions with the front desk staff led by Midge. Her wonderful service started 3 hours before we arrived when I called to explain that I had can't walk without assistance and my recently threw her knee out and we would appreciate an early check-in. She explained they had been completely full the day before but she who do her best. She was fantastic, we were there two hours early we got a terrific room with a wonderful view and Midge could not have been more welcoming. I would be remiss if I did not mention the other lady who helped us on the front desk throughout our stay, Lynn. She was full of energy and always a welcome smile. Just terrific, the kind of person you want to see when you have a question or feeling frazzled as you get ready to embark on the next part of your trip. Definitely coming back.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better but other than that the stay was wonderful.

EVERYTHING!!! from the moment you walk in.... complimentary cookies, water, fruit water, and horderves and alcoholic beverages during daily happy hours in the lobby. the restaurant food was impeccable as well as the daily breakfast! ty to all including Tamara at the front desk, Alex and Kim in the restaurant and more! I'm so sorry I forgot your names, but everyone was extremely accommodating ❤️ the rooms, of course, did not disappoint. great location near the highway and mall. very aesthetically pleasing pool and hot tub area.

Coming in and out of the hotel. The elevators responded quickly and quietly. Never had to wait long. I was surprised to learn about a parking fee. I was not informed about that prior to booking my hotel room. However, the parking fee was reduced and it was acceptable and reasonable.

The room was average however, the mattress needed to be updated. It was way too soft and actually favoring one side of the bed.

Staff was nice and friendly

We arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm. Check in was at 3pm Our room wasn't available . We were given credit vouchers to use at the bar while we waited. We were told it would be a few minutes housekeeping wasnt done . We didn't get our room key until 2 hrs later, 5:30 pm Luckily we didn't have scheduled plans for the evening, or those would of been ruined

Room: The room is clean. The bathroom is slightly small, however the towers are new, clean.. and enough for 4 people. Facilities: The restaurant is in ground level. Very convenience. The swimming pool is very nice. It is bonus thing. The parking area is roomy and easy to move.

Unfortunately, some guests smoked in the common area in the hotel. I don't like that.

the pool

our air conditioning unit didn’t work right, either our room( air conditioning) was absolutely freezing or we had to turn it completely off to warm us up because we were way too cold-there was no in between. it allowed us to set the temperature to various degrees but the temperature was never that temperature for sure! very cold and very unacceptable!

Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows provided which was awesome.

Did not like having to pay for parking: for the price of the room plus additional taxes now being added to the stay, parking should be a free perk. Also, the bathroom, while clean and fully stocked with all one could need, should be updated to be more modern,

Friendly staff very helpful and informative. Last minute stay family came in town for brother funeral. Worked out well.

Cleanliness of pool and jacuzzi tub. Kids all ages in jacuzzi tub looking very pissed in. And staff says they may clean it once a week 😒🙄. 🤔
