I was happy that they had a cooked breakfast available, I wasn't expecting that. That was a huge time and money saving feature. I also liked that they required a room key to get into the building from the parking lot and in the elevator to go up to the rooms. Safety feature.

The dresser in the room was old and beaten up, looked tacky. I also iddn't like that the parking fee was more than advertised.

The property was very clean and sleek. The public spaces were inviting and well kept. The hotel room was very clean, and the bathroom seemed modern. Breakfast was your standard hot breakfast, and it was super convenient. The hotel staff were very hospitable. This hotel is close to one of the San Diego Comic Con shuttle stops, making it very convenient for con attendees. It is also a 10-minute drive from Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo, which I recommend to tourists.

The bed and pillows were awful. They looked plush, but my back said otherwise. The covers were a little thin on the bed, so I was cold at night.

We loved the pool and hot tub. The hotel was close to many things and the airport. The breakfast was good, but did not change much over the course of 4 mornings. The room was a good size. Very modern and clean looking.

We did not like that the door to the bathroom didn't stay open when we were done in there. There was very little room to hang things to dry. Would have been nice to have another chair for sitting. The alarm clock in the room was buzzing so we had to unplug it. The water Temp was either freezing or scalding hot and the shower had very little pressure.

The room was nice & comfy. The price was reasonable.

I didn't like them giving us a room in the basement, by the exit door. We were trying to sleep we were tired from traveling & the guest kept going out that door & it slams shut loud so we didn't fall asleep till close to midnight. & then got woken up @ 6am when someone went out that door at that time. Then we get hit with a parking fee that we weren't aware of. Breakfast wasn't that good as well, all of your sunnyside up eggs were way over cooked they looked like patties, i only ate some potatoes & toast so i wasn't satisfied. You can definitely improve in this area & let the next guest that gets that room about that exit door.

Everything was good. Breakfast was as expected . Easy to find. Good location to the Zoo and Harbour.

there were two people at reception when we checked in. I asked a question to one and he seemed totally disinterested and unfriendly. Fortunately the second person jumped in and answered me. Not a good start. We were asked by 2 staff members the following morning when we were leaving. We had to tell them twice that we were there for 3 days.

The front desk was incredibly patient and helpful with finding me a quiet room so I could work, I appreciated that so much. And to my surprise this is the first time I've actually gone to a hotel and they have a heated pool instead of just advertising that they do. The pool was so warm and pleasant it really made my evening after finishing work. All of the staff were very nice! and if I hadn't of chosen to slept in I would have loved to have tried breakfast. They were very nice and accommodating for a late check out, I needed the rest so badly. This stay really made me feel refreshed and pleasant upon leaving. Will definitely be back again, thank you for such a great stay and for helping me find the right room!

If I really had to say something it would only be that the bed was a little too hard for my personal Comfort although some people prefer a harder bed. The rooms were very clean and they smelled fresh and not of harsh disinfectants and I really appreciated that it's a lovely property.

Property was modern and spacious. It has a pool/spa as well as a lounge/fire pit area off of the lobby. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options & coffee was made available all day. The location was easy to get to and convenient for travel as it is close to the freeway. Staff was very helpful and parking was always available though the lot was fairly small.

The room was comfortable and clean, however some furniture in the room needed to be refurbished/replaced and the air conditioner produced a lot of condensation.

There was a good variety of cold options for breakfast. Whole fruit and warm cinnamon buns were appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace and big screen TV were a nice addition in the common area.

The hot breakfast could have been better. I prefer plain scrambled eggs. The omelet had cheese in it. I don't like paying an additional daily rate for parking although this seems to be more common in California.

We came and went morning and night and met several staff, all of whom were nice and helpful. The quick-buy drinks and snacks in the lobby were a nice touch.

The driveway is not clearly marked, and throughout the weekend multiple Lyft drivers missed it and had to course-correct. The room’s dresser was so deep it left little space between it and the foot of the bed — we could barely open the fridge.

The agent that helped me when I checked in at 4p on Friday was very friendly great customer service & respectful & answered any questions I had. Even upon checkout. I believe his name was RJ? The gentleman in the morning for breakfast was just as awesome. I Didn’t get his name. Thank you so much for a great experience staying in your hotel.
