The room was great. Everything was in a very good condition. I had a handicap room which was much bigger than normal. The outside of the facility is kept up and looked good.

I cannot understand why a company would charge a parking fee of $5.00 a day when the parking lot is unsecured (open to the public) and no security guard was present. It seems like just a money grab without any service really offered.

The room and bathroom were spacious, bed was comfortable, as far as the breakfast if you were there for one or two days it was fine but for longer it would have been nice to have something other than muffins, granola bars and oat meal.

Like I said above the breakfast and also the guest letting their doors slam shut all hours of the day and night without any concern about other guests trying or just scare the crap out of them when it slams.

Friendly staff and cleanliness ot the room.

This was the first extended stay I've ever been to that doesn't have elevator. What happens if I was on a wheelchair and no vacancy on the first floor what happens. To charge guest for parking is outrageous and if we don't want to pay we park along side the road. Which increases a chance of a break in or possible stolen vehicle wouldn't that be great

I had stayed in another Extended Stay hotel a week prior, and it was horrible, so I did not have high expectations. This one was terrific, though! The staff was very friendly and helped with additional items we needed to borrow, the location was quiet but still very convenient, and everything was very clean and updated.

Lobby coffee wasnt warm

Quietly, beds are comfortably, room is clean, no carpeted floor which is way better . Nice it has a kitchenette , a table and chairs, a frig and a microwave.

A bathroom remodeling is overdue, I would not add pictures or bad reviews as I know how the staffing situation is being for the last 2 years or so, besides this is not a 5 stars hotel.it’s good enough to spend a couple of days.

We like that breakfast was included with our stay, the pool was close and clean, plenty of towels were available, check-in was a breeze as they had our reservation. Bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were clean, however, they need to be updated. The carpet and shower and tub needs to be replaced/upgraded. Also tub was leaking, but not annoying.

In the room things were falling apart. Shower. Was leaking. Toilet paper holder was. Falling apart. Detached from wall. Only one big towel for the 3 nights I stayed

Very clean but smell Like they smoke in the room the smell was very strong but I was to tired to asked for another room.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Good size fridge and freezer. Plenty of storage room

Old tv with no way of connecting mobile devices to stream shows. Bathroom ventilation was not great
