There is no breakfast worth $21.00 per person and definitely not an $18.00 continental breakfast. I was really disappointed with this. Bring back the complimentary breakfast. Give a little on your in your return and provide for your clients, we are why your in business

Clean the rooms daily and if you’re going to offer free shower soap then by all means fill them with soap. We were there 5 days and had to request room cleaning and they didn’t even check them, as they were empty when we checked in.

Hotel is Super quiet and clean. Room was very clean no issues at all. Grounds kept very nice. Pool area is big and spa is also big can hold 24 people. Hotel was booked and rarely saw anyone else very quiet had no issues at all.

Staff at the front desk were not rude but also not very welcoming at all. Could you some more smiles and Welcomes at the front desk.

I was told that for the resin I was that night the parking be at no charge I did have my soon on Sharp and wife was whit my kid at the leaving was charged 50 dolls for parking I just need to go so I say do what need to be and thanks

Room large and private, including the most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Wonderfull shower and bath with quality towels and accessories. Quiet and comfortable hotel with pool, dining and workout room... nice staff and well maintained facilities. No extra charges and late checkout was no problem. All details taken care of.

It's a ways from downtown, but easy to access del mar and beach.

Ample parking. Not a lot of noise heard from other guests. That there were places to lounge outside of the rooms.

Paying for parking overnight. The cost of the continental breakfast in comparison to the amount of food available in the buffet itseld.

It is in a great location for business purposes. There are also lots of restaurants and shopping places. It has a comfy bed and desk for work. Also, the staff was great.

I got a comment for booking.com I called booking.com before the trip trying to find out if there are onsite parking for the hotel. The staff told me there was a hourly parking facility next to the hotel. The truth is the hotel does have onsite parking. You guys got to get your fact straight.

A very good hotel, confy bed, pillows, it's clean all over the hotel, staff friendly, has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Definitely my family will come again.

Everything. Everytime I book there Everyone is awesome. Place is great, people are great. The girl at the front counter made it so easy for me.

Can't complain

The gym served our needs. There were vending machines readily available. It was situated close enough to the freeway for easy access, yet far enough so you don't have to deal with the noise that come with it.

The air con had some issues during our stay. We had to call maintenance a few times to get the issue resolved.
