No fluff or fancy stuff but everything works and everything I needed was there...comfortable bed, the room was pretty clean, air conditioning worked, just thought the rate might be a little better than that for the overall condition of the room and location ie. Close to the fighter Air Base but not bad after 6-730 p.m. hang up storage was limited and the rack was not clean. Overall I was happy with the stay for what I thought would be a fail, turned out to be pretty good.

The room is very nice and is very clean. The size of the room is modest, but the bathroom is huge. Lighting in the bathroom is great! It has a huge mirror, which is great when you are applying make-up. It would also be better if they had a magnifying mirror. The bed is comfortable. There are lots of parking spaces, close to restaurants and the freeway( I-805). It is a three story building. I was on the first floor. In front of the room is the parking space, so you can literally park in front of your room if you are on the first floor. Sometimes, you would hear the movements of upstairs tenants and the people talking outside, but otherwise, it is a quiet place even if it is near the freeway. Staff are really friendly, they would greet you upon arrival. They would also make courtesy call at a decent time if you need housekeeping or if you need anything else. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back.

The place does NOT have breakfast, even if the booking app says there is breakfast. There is no pool and no microwave inside the room. There is no closet and the rods to hang your clothes are too low that you can't hang long clothes, lest it will touch the floor.

This is for my stays on March 10 and March 30. The two men at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially the one gentleman there the evening of March 10 overnight to March 11, a great guy who was accommodating with a particular situation. My room was clean, and on the top floor, so it was quiet, and comfortable. (I had the same room both times.) It's surrounded by eateries, shopping, and more, close to major North/South and East/West highways, having a good central location close to many things in San Diego.

Easy access, free parking, entire environment was clean and quiet, the king room with double size bed I stayed was very clean and there was daily cleaning of rooms including entire environment. The air condition worked very well and the management team were prompt to fix issue with the fridge and bath waste drain.

Absence of micro wave either in the room or some communal place for guest use. The micro wave listed in the advert as present in the kitchen is actually located in the staff room and it is for staff room only. I was informed guests were fond of damaging it therefore, are not allow to use it. Also, informed micro wave was removed during COVID and never returned since then.

I loved how clean the hotel room was...It was sparkling clean! I loved the price and the cleanliness and price were the most important factors.

The mattresses had significant sags in the middle of both matresses...It wasn't uncomfortable but I am not that fussy unless the mattress was hard, which it wasn't! The area is slightly sketch but I felt safe. My millenial daughter felt super unsafe...At 3 am there was a cocauphany of slamming doors...The motel doors are very solid heavy doors which slam loudly...My daughter said it kept her up...The flip security lock on the door did not work...

Friendly and welcoming staff. A bit dated, but very clean room. Great AC for hot days. Comfortable bed. Very quiet nights sleep. Safe location. Plenty of on site parking. Definitely, recommend.

Not deal breakers for me, but something to keep in mind. Pillows would be better if they were standard size. Tiny, a bit too firm, pillows. Shower doesn’t have space for toiletries. This was perfect for our one night stay though!

It's just a motel, with basic facilities, but the room was really clean, smelled good, and was freshly decorated. As motels go, it was a really good one. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Free parking.

There's no pool or nice outdoor area. It's on a busy road, which makes it very accessible by car, but there's not much of a neighborhood to walk around. However, there are restaurants nearby.

This property was very clean, easy to find. Conveniently located close to freeway, food and coffee 😋staff were very friendly and helpful.👍

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. However ,the bleach smell was a little too strong for me, but I would rather smell cleanliness than filth. The only other thing was the parking was hard for me, but only because I have a big truck, if you have a regular vehicle it’s good.

Quiet, clean, great water pressure, and was conveniently located right in the middle of every place I wanted to go, so I definitely saved on gas. Also, it's right next to a great korean bbq place.

Needed a thicker comforter was too cold the first night despite not having the ac on, my tub drain was clogged, and the parker in the front was too tight.

The location is very central to Asian markets, restaurants and the beach and was relatively quiet despite its proximity to the freeway.. The front desk staff and housekeeping were kind and welcoming. The king suite was spacious, comfortable, and a great value.

The bathroom was a bit tight, and the shower curtain did not keep water within the tub.
