Amazing bed, the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Great shower. Room is sparkling clean, hotel design is cozy and updated, loved and enjoyed our stay very much!

The walls are paper thin, you could hear what’s going on in the nearby rooms and also a lot of noise in the corridor.

I loved how they set up my room for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday and got the whole staff to sign his birthday card. it meant so much and made both of us so happy. The room and the bathroom were much bigger than I thought they would be and it was really great. The location was PERFECT, we felt like everything we did was no more than 20 minutes away! I would definitely book again here in the future.

The parking was confusing and costs $35 which i don’t understand why i should pay $70 for only 2 days. i already paid $600 for the room, it just didn’t make sense to me why they charge for that. I knew before we went there that I’d have to pay for the parking so it wasn’t a surprise but I’d probably just recommend reevaluating that huge price.

Clean , great staff , convenient parking facilities and looks more like a resort.

Far from places to see you really need a car.

The hotel itself is really great! I am sad I was only there for a night as I just needed a place to sleep, shower and lounge a bit as it was the closest to the UCSD Jacobs hospital. I enjoy how beautiful the hotel is and the rooms were clean!

I didn't like how you have to pay extra for parking. I also didn't appreciate the valet staff as they were a little rude. As someone that is not familiar with the area or been at that hotel of course I have questions regarding parking and how to get around, however, one seemed annoyed. I was able to park outside in the street and the walk wasn't any different than inside the parking structure. Other than that, everyone else was amazing.

The room was very large and the bed was huge so it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities met many of our needs. And the staff was exceptionally friendly, they did their best to address each and every one of our requests and did so very quickly, which was a great relief.

The only downside should be that the floor drain in the toilet tends to get clogged up, and if someone washes their hair, the hair can easily clog up the floor drain. Also, the door to the shower stall is not a full door, but half a piece of glass that can be rotated, which sometimes leads to water all over the floor after showering. And the toilets don't have a ventilation system, which can sometimes make it hard for the smell to dissipate, but it's not a huge problem.

The guy that brought up our luggage to the room was very helpful and gave us suggestions on where to go as it was only our second time in San Diego, and the receptionist that checked us in was very nice! Unlike other places overal 10/10 loved it!

The only bad thing I have to say is for valet parking it took us about 30-35 minutes to get our car last night 09/07, I understand it was very busy around 8-9pm and they only had about 2 to 3 workers getting cars but it did take a long time.

Bf was great! Everything was great! However, I thought how come such a big and great hotel did not have a gift shop to provide the basic things for the guests! Unfortunately I got ill on the last day and wished you had some basic things so my husband did not have to go looking for stuff!

They gave us free onsite parking due to the inconvenience of having the water shut off from 10pm through 5am

Scheduled maintenance to plumbing the night I stayed and informed us that the water would be shut off from 10pm through 5am. I got to the hotel at around 9pm which only gave me and my family an hour of water use which forced us to rush. They never actually turned the water off though so in the end there was no reason for us to rush which was frustrating.

It’s beautiful. It was decorated very festively and attractively for the holidays. The staff were super nice.

I booked a king bedroom, and asked for a quiet room. I got a room with two queen beds, which I didn’t want, and it was far away from everything except a generator or hydraulic equipment, which was really noisy and actually vibrated all night.

property was clean and easy to access from free way. staff was wonderful.

we wanted to stay and enjoy the pool but it was shutdown for unexpected reasons and was assured that it will open next morning but it was still shutdown and we did not see anyone working to fix the pool. Even the hot tub was too dirty and no one could use it at all.
