The proximity to the Torrey Pines Golf Course. Great view of the course and the ocean. The staff were all super friendly & helpful with local restaurant tips. The room was large & we had a partial ocean view. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large & had amazingly powerful shower water pressure! Crabtree & Evelyn products were nice.

It was very large & it took a while to get to & from our room to the lobby. Had to pay $40 per day per car for parking as a long time Hilton Honors member. The patio was over grown with creeping ivy plants & not maintained on any of the connecting buildings.

The room was very nice. The bathrooms were modern and the shower was fantastic! Parking was great and the property had EV chargers which was a very convenient benefit. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Raul in the restaurant who was our server. The hotel restaurant offered a top quality buffet breakfast. Overall, Excellent!

I'm not in favor of a Salt based pool filtration system, however, the pool and the area surrounding the pool were stunning. I really don't have any other objections.

The hair conditioner was empty on arrival and it took a long time to get a refill. We wanted to shower ( we came from the beach upon checking in the afternoon) to go to dinner; waiting was annoying. We had already showered before the conditioner arrived since we had reservations. Also, the check-in lady was not very friendly. Check out was much better.

We paid quite a bit of money. We were given vouchers for free drinks each day but the timing of when you could drink the drinks was nearly impossible, and there was not a lot of improvising it. It seemed to be ridiculous.

Loved the location. The beautiful golf course in the background and being able to watch the hang gliders in the distance was fantastic.

Wish we had two chairs in the balcony instead of just one. We had to carry the desk chair out and it wasn’t really comfy. Would have liked the little cafe to be open later.

Staff, ambiance, food, room, balcony, bed all were terrific 👌 Breakfast was fantadtic and dinner was quite good too.

The pool itself was freezing cold and nobody went in. I had called the hitel directly and they said it was heated to 86 degrees and they had bar and food service open. Neither was true!!! We relaxed bybthe beautiful pool area but very uoset that I was misled especially when it's 80 degrees outside!!

Room clean. Close to UCSD. Nice staff and everything is comfy. Good for business and some light travel.

It is a little bit far from the downtown area. Have to take a Uber. But close to UCSD.

All staff top to bottom was very friendly and helpful.

This property is really old and needs to be renovated. Elevators so slow and old. Second my concern is the bathroom must be renovated.

On check-in, they could not find my reservation even when I showed them my information from Booking.com. I had to pay more for the room as a result. In addition to the final charge, they also put a second charge on my credit card for over $250 and they cannot "find" the charge in their records when I call about it 3 days after chekout. I had to file a dispute with my credit card Be ware and check your statement online after you leave. Don't wait until you get your credit card statement.

Valet staff was excellent, They helped get us to dinner at the TP Lodge and when our rental key fob didn't work properly. The room clean, spacious, and had a great view,

My wife had problems walking so the distance to the room from the entry and from the dining was overly long. The breakfast was expensive for what we got. We came down at ten and several items in the buffet were down in choice and several not there at all (fruit)
