Although the hotel is older and only 2 stories, it's very comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfy and there was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. We were attending a concert at the Epstein family Amphitheater at SDSU and it's the perfect location, only a 10 minute walk. We did have to walk up a steep hill but we didn't have to take transportation to the event, which was very nice. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Little Italy and 10 minutes from La Jolla coast, close enough to take an Uber for a night of fun in Little Italy.

The hotel had beautiful grounds. It was a little oasis in the middle of the city ...close to the freeway but we couldn't hear any noise. Lots of shops and restaurants we could walk to and only five minutes from the hospital and the university for those traveling to see or use those facilties. It was also clean and equipped with a small fridge and microwave. It's an older building, but it it well-maintained and the bathrooms have been updated as well. Wooden shutters on the windows were great too.

we ate breakfast at rhe restaurant. only 3 tables and 2 servers. my friend asked for an orange juice and never received it. we told the waitress, and she still didn't bring 1 and charged us an orange juice on the bill. also she never checked on is, our waters we dry the whole time. very disturbing with 2 servers on the floor and only 3 tables. Thank God the restaurant wasn't full. the only good thing was the food was excellent. maybe you need need more service skills?

Grounds and pool are beautiful. Rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint is They have the old-fashioned wall aircondtioners/heaters. Just doesn't work like Central air and heat. One half of the room is cold and the other half too warm. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

Perfect location, vicinity to MTS trolly station, UCSD, shopping centers, eating joints. Comfortable, neat & clean beds & linen, standard room facilities, room size was good, staff were super friendly , quick check in, great breakfast. Away from the hustle & bustle of downtown, yet very reachable from there. The aroma of fresh flowers in the air is magical

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. There wasn’t anything to dislike—everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the entire stay was hassle-free. I’d happily return!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, our room overlooked the pool and the weather was perfect and the pool wasn't too crowded and that was on a saturday afternoon. The parking was easy, and our room was very clean and modern. Theres a whole foods/shopping center very close by that was super convenient too! La Jolla beaches are about 2 miles away or so, sometimes its a bit congested to get to and from our hotel from the beach but either way it was a perfect weekend getaway. Would stay again :)

La Jolla is like a paradise. And Sheraton is a best place of that paradise Very peaceful and comfortable stay

It could have been better if someone can escort us personally during first time enter into hotel since the rooms building are at bit distance from reception and a baggage trolley could be required.

I love the pillows! I slept very well. Nice room and view of the trees next to the desk where I was working. Nice landscaping around the pool for a short, peaceful walk. Shooters Bar and Grill (inside Sheraton registration room) served a delicious spaghetti dinner. Ashton makes a very good Irish coffee. I had trouble streaming a movie both nights, but it finally worked. They sent help right away and comped my movies. Thanks! I like the 12:00 check out time too.

Had to park off-site to avoid 27.00/night parking fee, but didn't have a problem finding street parking.

Hotel has nice grounds, the room was clean and comfortable. I also liked how close it was to the shopping center next door. Lots of food options and a whole foods.

For a resort-style hotel, the rooms are too close to the parking lot. There is lots of noise until late from people coming and going to the hotel. Since my room faced the parking lot, I had to keep the shutters closed.
