The bed was very comfortable with good quality sheets and pillows. Water was instantly hot and good pressure. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Gym was adequate for a hotel. Breakfast was great.

Super minor compaint. Dixie cups start leaking after a minute or so. Switch to the little plastic ones in the gym so we don't have to use a new cup each time. Although maybe 5 Dixie cups are better for the environment than one plastic, not sure. Also a couple bottles of water in the fridge would have been a nice touch.

We are customers. We had a wedding so we need comfort and space so it was perfect. They are very comfy studios with a loft. We were six and we were very comfortable.

I did not like that it was people fighting next to our family room and a woman kicking their unit door but some employee called (Cesar or Oscar, IDR) and someone from the stuff came and talk with the woman. I expect that these people are banned from the hotel, we never had this kind of scandal. After a while a man dressed as a woman went out of the room and tried to explained the stuff member why they had a woman kicking their doors. I need to clarify that this is not an usual behavior of people who goes there but maybe it is getting bad.

Clean spacious studio and while not fancy, it was updated nicely with everything I needed. Also the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was breakfast. Didn’t see any oj (maybe they were just restocking) and no pastries, although there was one bagel left. The eggs were good, potatoes fine. And the oatmeal didn’t look great. But I was fine with everything just not wowed.

We really liked how spacious the room was. We also liked the beds being comfortable and the bedsheets very nice and clean. Ample place for parking.

I think overall the concept of these chain hotels needs to improve. They are ok but not great! There is a lack of design and creativity in these spaces to make them more unique. Also, the breakfast is not good. These hotels need to up their game when it comes to espresso machines and quality of food. Maybe take a trip to Europe to see how they do it there.

Convenient to La Jolla Village , UCSD and our friends I wish there were a few more tables in the outside eating area and the buildings were not so close to each other Also when you are at capacity, you don’t have enough parking. I do have to complement your very hard hard-working, patient and responsive staff.

This was a great place for our large family! I loved the apartment type living and the second floor bed. The facilities were fantastic and the staff was so friendly! The complimentary breakfast was over the top with so many choices!

Parking is charged daily which I don’t remember reading about. The only thing wrong with the room was the main light was on a timer and would turn on in the middle of the night.

Residence Inn is a very nice set of apartments in La Jolla. Very close to UCSD and supermarkets. It is very quiet and facilities are great. I loved I can get coffee and tea at anytime from reception.

Breakfast was good. However, I stayed there 13 days and food options were always the same. It would have been nice if they changed from time to time.

The room was a good size for our needs and I liked that it has a full kitchen. I was able to find parking close to our room and grateful that we got a room on the ground floor (no stairs to climb with all our stuff). The breakfast was plentiful and staff attentive to cleaning and ensuring the area was pleasant and well maintained. Overall it was a very good visit.

The weather was very humid. While I used the AC in the room, it also felt a bit humid in the room. Not sure there's much they can do about that. So not really a "ding" against the hotel.

I'm handicapped and there was plenty of parking by my room. Food was good. The dinning area was very clean and well maintained. The room was nice but when you bring out the sofa bed you block the access to the kitchen for a wheel chair. I had to move the couch and then move it back every morning. So please move the couch or the dresser/TV stand to make sure there is an egress path for wheel chairs encase of emergencies. The mattress on the sofa bed is bad . I felt the steel mesh under the bed through the mattress. The fridge has some dents but all else in the room was nice. Your staff at this location was GREAT !!! They all greeted every guest with a smile and were very courteous and efficient . Probably the best team I have encountered over all at any location I have traveled too. Also the hot food and muffins were prepared perfectly .

The mattress on sofa bed in room 613 is just to thin and worn out. Fridge dents look a little tacky for an otherwise nice room. The room layout should be adjusted to allow wheelchair access to the kitchen and the front door while being sofa bed is out. Also noticed that the light next to the couch has an illegal splice in it that could catch fire while moving the couch to open the sofa bed. Just put a new loner cord on it. If it catches fir under the couch no one will see it for a couple of minutes and if a wheel chair person is in the room they cant get past the burning couch.

I liked the home atmosphere at the Property. Excellent location of the hotel and secure parking. The room was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were great. Thank you for a great time at your hotel!
