The room is adequately spacious for a family of 3 and quite comfortable. The facilities were convenient - full kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker). The breakfast was hot and fresh and had plenty of options. The staff were friendly and very quick to follow up. The location was great for us as it was close to family. Downtown, seaworld, balboa park and legoland were all less than an hour away by car. It was half a mile from the I5 making it very convenient to go places without hearing the freeway in the room. There are lots of food options within 10 min drive from the hotel. This hotel does not have a restaurant but another Hilton is attached to the property and has a restaurant. We did not visit it. There is a heated (82degrees F) pool which we did not use.

The property is dated but very well maintained. The carpets look old in the common areas and in the room but was very clean. The same with the interiors of the room, The floors, appliances, utensils and bathroom needs an update. However they were all fully functional and well maintained - no leaks or noises. I wish the bed was a little more comfortable and the pillows were less lumpy and newer. The gym was very tiny with one treadmill, one elliptical and a weight set. Parking was $12 a night which is not bad by CA standards.

The suite was spacious, the large king size bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Lots of space to store clothes, in the bedroom and in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, stove, large refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher. Service at the reception was very good. The lobby looked nice, there was also a computer corner. Breakfast was hot. It was a pleasing experience.

The air conditioner was noisy, and parking cost $12 a night.

Love the property it was just a little hard to find. I was confused and first entered the hotel next to it. I was really tired so I can’t remember the gentleman’s (the front desk rep) name that assisted my fiancé and I but he was great! He has such a great positive attitude especially for it being so late. He made our experience so much better and I loved how upbeat he was because there’s been other occasions that other hotels their front desk rep is so moody but not him. Definitely staying here again when visiting the area.

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath room. Laundry facilities available. Good location.

Lack of gluten free options for breakfast, which was included. Need more washing machines. Terrible pillows!! Also all of the housekeeping staff and the dining staff could not speak English and this is an English speaking country. Difficult to communicate!

The structure is partially updated, but is 80%... 80's style, but I liked it. My room was tidy, all furniture were in excellent condition, also the bathroom. The choice is almost complete for both types of breakfast - sweet or not. Hot coffee is available also deca. The waiters could be offer other hot beverages, but I didn't ask. No plain yogurt was available. The space to have a table is enough, there's also a little garden outside with some tables. All staff personnel was kind and smile-ready.

Only some very secondary thing. My room was at ground level, with windows on the parking area, that is used also by garbage trucks with relevant noises. The lack of power sockets available close to night stands or other furniture, you can recharge your mobile in bathroom only.

The staff at this hotel are utterly exceptional. While the facilities are superb, its these guys that make this hotel! Needless to say, on my next visit to San Diego I will be returning! The customer service experience in this hotel is 6 stars! You really won't get any better! It made my stay!

We had the privacy tag on our door because we were working remotely during our stay and staff did not adhere to this sign. We were interrupted during zoom meetings to be asked questions that were not critical. Please ask staff to adhere to the do not disturb signs.

Our room was a suite w/small kitchen which we did not expect. Very nice. A/C kept room comfortable during "heat wave".

Tony and the white male that work over night where so helpful definitely recommend very quite and quick with extra towels or pillows that needed to be taken to my room very clean . I would stay again !!!
