The location is central for my needs. I had trouble with the room coffee maker and the issue was resolved immediately Room is very clean and comfortable Shower had excellent pressure and water was hot. i liked the new larger bottles for shampoo/conditioner etc. You can use the amount you need versus the individual bottles - I have long hair and they never held enough conditioner

Wasn't aware that I would be charged for parking. This location is not downtown and has ample parking

Not applicable for breakfast. Like how rm 107 modern with no rug looked clean as well as design.

But 107 was across the elevators so conversations til late evenings. Also strong cooking smells. I did request change of rms and everyone was pleasant about it.

Two things, you have to pay extra for parking as a rate of $12 a day, really! Second, you have to go to the hotel next door for the breakfast buffet.

I liked that there was a shop downstairs, which was a nice relief at times. I liked that the rooms were well kept and clean. The microwave and mini fridge set up was nice, too. The closet space was generous as well, which was helpful. The staff was also incredibly friendly and all encounters were pleasant ones.

There isn't anything I can think of that I would change about our stay. It was a pleasant place to be when we needed a place to stay for the weekend.

What I did not like it was the $12.00 charge to parking my car in the hotel facility….. is not about the money is about never said about that charge and there is no parking lotwhere to park my car outside….

Overall room at clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The parking area are ample and easy for parking. The overall stay experience met the expectation.

Choices of breakfast is rather little.

Friendly staff, beet salad in the restaurant was good and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was close to the hospital where my husband was a patient. I had a good stay at this hotel.

I prefer clean vinyl or wood floors in rooms but this room had carpet which made it seem outdated.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I was checked in in just a matter of minutes. The room was a little small but very comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, ironing board and iron.

The couple of issues I had were more of personal issue than anything else. First, there was a very particular scent in the lobby and restaurant area. I'm not if it was an air sanitizer or just fragrance, but it was very strong and aggravated my allergies. And the breakfast served Sunday morning was very limited. There was the usual breads and cereals, oatmeal and yogurt. The entrees were limited to either scrambled eggs or chilequelles with eggs and plain country potatoes that were both cold and stale. There were no breakfast meats ie; bacon or sausage. To be honest, breakfast was the saddest part of the trip

Great location with very friendly staff. Rooms are clean. All in all great value for money.

Rooms are a little worn.

Son was in the hospital. The staff gave a get well gift basket to give to him. That was a caring act of kindness. We appreciate the staff and are stay was great considering what we we're going through. A+ to the staff and facilities!!

Maybe a little more TV channels would have been better.
