Staff waa friendly Room were great and spacious

I was charged about 377 as a pentaly for one night after telling them i found a better deal on a nother site. Even tho i canccled the first reservation.. I am still booking another room at the same hotel so i sshoulsnt have to pay any penalties as im the same customer. That was the only dissapointing pqrt of it.

The room was spacious. The suite had several amenities that were needed for us. I also enjoyed the friendly customer service at the front desk who accommodated our room request sooner than I anticipated. I appreciated this because it was a hot day when we visited and it helped to stay in our room, while the heat of the day was at its worst. I went to the front desk to collect a coffee machine for coffee the next morning and was provided one at request. This was good customer service. Incidentally, they had a 24 hour coffee maker available in the dining room area, for anybody who would like a beverage at evening or night time. Thank you for your customer service.

I wasn't sure if there was adequate parking available on the venue. However, this was not applicable for me during my current stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was spacious. The location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. A big plus was that they also offered the option to take breakfast to go, which was very convenient on days when I had early plans or tours. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A truly memorable and relaxing experience!

It seemed a bit short staffed because we would have to call multiple times at the front desk before someone would answer. Unfortunately one of the rooms went unused due to another guest getting sick while at the zoo earlier that same day 😖 Is there any possible way to request a partial refund? I completely understand if it's not an option, but I see zero harm in asking. Also the AC in our room did not work.

The location was perfect—conveniently situated near all the key attractions and public transportation, it was easy to explore the area. I was especially impressed with the night check-in process, which was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and made sure I felt welcome even at a late hour. The breakfast the next morning was a real highlight

Unfortunately, my room faced the street, and it got quite noisy at night, especially with traffic sounds and people outside. The noise made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. To make matters worse, the neighbors’ TV was really loud, and I could hear it clearly through the walls.

The staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding!

Just a suggestion - when we were exiting the parking structure the car in front of us had checked out and didn't keep a key card. There wasn't anyone at the attendant booth. This was at approximately 8:30 AM. If we weren't behind them to get them out with our key card they would have had a three block walk to the front desk.

This hotel, located approximately 15min walk to the Gaslamp District and Harbour Drive, was the perfect choice for a short stay in Dan Diego. Outdoor swimming pool and 24h gym. Rooms were very comfortable, in particular, the beds. Never slept in such a comfortable hotel bed and the linen was super soft, it made for a great night's sleep. Nice size balcony as part of room, overlooking pool area. Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

There was little not to like about this hotel. Great price for the facilities available and location!

Location is good - price is kept reasonable away from the bay. Breakfast is reassuringly similar between hotels in this chain and headings are available. Room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Fitness centre had enough to keep me exercised.

Very little to dislike. Like most hotels in San Diego, it’s within earshot of the airport and traffic but it didn’t stop me having a good night’s sleep.

Bed is comfy; water dispenser and coffee making machines at lobby; breakfast is great; staff are friendly and helpful; 24hr fitness centre access is great; vending machines available in case you get hungry at night

Located on a slope, hike up a bit tiring after a long day outside; fitness centre has 2 treadmills but only 1 is working; hand sanitizer empty at some locations

The location was excellent. Close to things, but still quiet.

At the end of our stay, we had an issue getting out of the parking garage. We were told to keep one access card to get out, but it didn't work. The car in front of us didn't even have a card to leave. They moved to let us get out, but our card didn't work. There was no attendant around. I pushed the button for help, no one came, my son got out of the car to find someone. By now there were at least 8 cars behind me. The attendant was outside stuffing her face, not doing her job.
