So clean!

No front desk, and their online assistance ends at 9pm. Their website to fill out the check in form sucks and won’t submit, same with the $100 fee form. I had to resubmit 4-5 times and it never submitted. Then they only send your room code until the form is submitted, so I had to call at like 8pm when we arrived to ask them to send instructions to get into our room. Could all be avoided with just one single employee on site.

This has been our spot to stay for two summer trips of ours ,coming from Monterey CA a 5hr drive , this facility made it so easy for me to book …not to mention property management was communicated with me making everything step of the way much easier as in how to check in and out answer all my questions with out hesitation , made me and my family much more enjoyable due to the fact that the lake was right across the street made it less worrying about parking.I also enjoy that it was kid friendly and very clean.Food spots and stores are only walks away.Cant wait to book my vacation with them!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Firelite Lodge! The room was spotless, with clean white beddings that made everything feel fresh and comfortable. It’s also super convenient and cozy—there’s a microwave, fridge, and even a dining table, which made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights has to be the hot tub—if you’re a hot tub person, don’t skip this place! It’s the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Customer service was also top-notch. Every request we had was handled right away with no fuss. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

The property was within minimal walking distance to the beach, kayak/paddle board rentals, pubic boat launch and Pep’s Place (a must go to for breakfast/lunch ) and a pizza shop. The 2 Queen beds were very comfortable with high count linens. Our room had a sliding door with screen to allow the fresh Tahoe air into the room at night. Pool was clean. Room was clean. It is an older lodge with several updates while preserving the Tahoe laid back vibe. Staff was wonderful. Our flight was delayed until after midnight and they messaged us to make sure we checked in with no issues. Check in / Check out was a seamless and peopleless process. Very efficient and effective. We will definitely recommend to those traveling to visit!

You have to be careful leaving from the back out the right exit if cars are parked in front of the lodge on the street. It was hard to see around them pulling into traffic.

This is.a lovely place to stay. I was a bit concerned when I realized it was a virtual check in and there was no staff on hand. But the check in was seamless and I received a code for my room. It was on the second floor but the room was spacious and had lots of items to made life better. A second sink, a mini fridge with a freezer compartment. And it was heated with a gas fireplace. Very comfortable. A well priced. Would stay here again for sure!

Well the room was upstairs. The pool and spa weren’t open yet but then it did snow overnight so that’s ok.

I really liked the fireplace in the room, and I appreciated the view of the lake! The room was comfortable and clean, if a bit run-down. Great base for exploring the area. The staff were not on site, but sorted out the issues with date of stay and payment admirably. The laundry facilities were helpful.

There was a mixup on the day we were staying and the remote payment site was buggy. Other than that, it was great!

I liked the location and the view, was situated in a super quiet area just pleasant experience overall! Stayed in a two queen room and had nice touches like a kitchen sink with a coffee area and a fireplace as well. Room felt spacious and the place simply didn’t feel cheap. Also liked that check in n check out was contactless( all updates where through text etc.)

The only thing I didn’t like was that check in was until 4, but only because I had been driving all day. Other than that no complaints.

We had a view of Lake Tahoe, which was wonderful! We were here at the end of March, so it was a pretty quiet time. Gas fire place heater is a nice touch. The rooms were very clean, check in and out was super easy and the text messaging and call facilitated easy communication. Glass wine glasses and ceramic (and paper) coffee mugs were provided. Bring your own lotion, but hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. If you prefer relatively flat bed pillows, bring your own, or perhaps they can accommodate upon request.

The room is clean and spacious, and the beds are large. Despite the cold night, it was warm inside. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The after-booking process is slightly overwhelming. It involves multiple messages to a third-party provider and providing your credit card for online security deposit payment. The floor/ceiling is too thin; we can hear someone walking across the room on the upper floor. The kitchenette is limited to a microwave, coffeemaker, sink, wine glasses, and four paper cups.

The room was quite nice, with a small dining area and an electric fireplace. This wasn't obvious but one could boil water for tea in the coffee machine (tea bags were not provided). The swimming pool was nice with the towels provided. While not present on site, the staff was extremely responsive and helpful in the booking.com chat - all my questions were answered within minutes. There was a laundromat in the hotel along with a change machine.

Our view from the room was a wall (not a major really). The hotel was nice but overall overpriced.
