I read reviews on Yelp but they were years old so I was hesitant to book a room but my options were slim. We came to see a show at the Hard Rock Casino and needed a room within close driving distance. Originally I booked for 2 nights and my mind got the best of me thinking what if we don’t like the place and we’re stuck for two nights, so I changed it to one night. Upon our arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. The lobby was beautiful. Once we went to our room to get ready we realized this was a nice place. The bed was amazing and the pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. We were so pleased with all the different places in the surrounding area and the room we decided to stay for another night. Indy a staff member at the front desk was very accommodating in helping us book our room for another night. We were very pleased with our stay. Ice cold fridge, and excellent heater/ac. I understand they may have had issues in the past but it looks like they listened and made some major upgrades to the Inn.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very nice, parking very easy after you found the place!

Very mixed up about finding the hotel, need a lot better signs and were the lobby entrance was. Lobby needs a lot of work to make people feel better about where they are. TOO white inside at desk! Needs a more homey atmosphere like a gas fireplace walls need to be warmer, couches, tables, greenery, maybe a bookcase, area rugs, etc. Wall paper needs to be fixed and the bathroom tub needs to be fixed and the toilet seat was not the same size as the toilet!

Parking was very close to the outside door of the handicap room. The room was very clean. Bathroom walk-in shower with seat /bars. The king bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great room for the price. Would stay again if in area.

Everything was perfect, a comfortable bed, pufffy pillows, quiet room, great shower, lady who checked us in was very friendly. Great authentic Mexican restaurant right next door. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Loved everything

Place was clean and in the middle of town.

Breakfast was not so good. Choices were limited. Two dry cereal's, two oatmeals in a pack. Both days no eggs and no fruit. They did have waffle machine and we did not try.

I loved how nice the staff were. I also loved how spacious the room was. Also, it was nice and quiet so I was able to sleep good.

There was a roach in my room behind my bed, it was dead. Every time I go to a hotel I check behind the beds, between the sheets, and in the pillow cases. I only found the one dead roach, the rest of the room was pretty clean.

Room was very clean and comfortable bathroom was also very clean. Linens were nice pillows were nice bed was new. Location is key too so I love where it is

Everything was great I can't complain

The breakfast was nice. Decent selection, waffles were great! Nice, clean open space to eat in. Gentleman from front checked often to see if we needed anything, very friendly and helpful.

Only thought was maybe a small selection of fresh fruit with the breakfast. Otherwise everything was great.

Our unit was very clean and roomy. I liked the mini fridge, large double table, and chaise lounge in the room. The king size bed was very comfortable!

I used the iron and ironing board to iron my dress, (silk fabric). No matter how hot I turned, it was not working...the wrinkles would not disappear. I looked and the iron is smaller than normal. So I believe it was not effective since it is a small iron.

Our check in went smoothly. The staff was terrific. We had a large room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet.

We were unable to connect to the Wi-FI. When we called to notify the front desk. They were very apologetic and said they would do their best to fix it. We were never able to make the connection. Considering this as, perhaps, a one time event, I did not let this effect my ratings on the other items.
