The staff was very accommodating and efficient. The room was comfortable and had the things we needed.

The rooms felt like a Prison, the doors looked like something from a movie of prison solitary confinement. Didn't like the earwigs, either. Also, the second day, there came back to find the parking lot full of police cars. The deluxe continental breakfast would have been good if it was there, if it says 6 to 9 it should be stocked 6 to 9, if not then it says the company is too cheap to provide a continental breakfast and should just take it off the hotels listing.

The new ownership did more than a name change to this facility remolded and upgraded the property. Great staff and they even have ice machine now and continental breakfast and still at very affordable rates. New ownership and such a great turn around with this morel I highly recommend that you stay here for a good price and conferrable bed and good staff

The employees were great. We needed a place to stay for a night. It was easy to rent the room online. The desk clerk was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The motel is older but well cared for. The room is super clean. Morning breakfast is simple but welcoming. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your motel. It's the everyday persons affordable stay. I've rented there for overnight stays for 3 years. And will continue. Thank you Linda

The staff was amazing simar was on top of everything. She was Very punctual but patient. They also do a complimentary breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that the pool wasn't functional. I was there around the end of April and it was super hot.

"deluxe continental breakfast" was not very deluxe, choice of toast, bagel, waffle or cereal, no fruit, no yogurt, no eggs, bacon or sausage, limited juice

No worries here. The swimming pool was crystal clear. Room cleaning is comfortable. But most of all, the front desk person is kind and extremely efficient. She is a great asset to Sutter Inn.

This place has its issues but to be honest if I had to deal with the people they do I probably would be leery also. Basically if you treat them with respect the staff is great & more than willing to help. I have stayed there many times & they have always treated me Very well. The area is a little sketch, so I don't blame the staff for being a little on edge but if you treat them with respect, they will definitely respond in kind. I think this place gets an unfair rap, if your good to them they will take care of you. Thanks

The payment system is strange, it seemed like they didn't charge the day after my stay then randomly charged 4 days later. That is common & it doesn't bother me because everything evens out after a few days but I can understand why some people have an issue with it.

Bed was comfortable.

Nearly ALL of the towels each day were stained with spots of blood, dark spots, and well used. Very Disgusting! Shower/Bathroom walls and Floors were Dirty. No closet or hangars for clothes,
