This hotel is located in a private resort which made me feel very secure. Once you arrive you won’t need to drive your car again until you leave because everything is within walking distance. There are many shopping, dining, and entertaining options just a short walk away. Our room was also well appointed with anything we could think of including a hiking backpack that could be used during your stay.

Both my husband and I suffered from altitude sickness while here. you are quite high up (9,000 ft) and if your body is not accustomed to that altitude you will be sick. I woke up at 2:30 and he at 5:00. The only relief was to leave which we did at 6:30 am. We also didn’t like that you had to use a valet service for parking. With children there are just times where you have to run to the car for something but that was impossible. We were also disappointed to learn that when we arrived at 7:20 nearly everything was closed. The hotel restaurant wasn’t open, the valet had already gone home, and if you needed an attendant you would have to call a phone number.

The room was very clean and quiet with comfy beds and complimentary bottled tea and water. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with dining suggestions and directions. The included breakfast was excellent and had many food items to choose from. The woman in charge of breakfast was super accommodating, quickly providing gluten-free options upon our request. The pool was inviting and the location was right across the street from shops and restaurants.

perfect location, excellent facilities, but most of all all of the staff were super friendly and helpful the entire stay. we felt like we were a part of the family here. would definitely recommend the Osprey and we cannot wait to come back.

I booked the hotel on Booking.com without really having a grasp of the layout around Avon/Beaver Creek/Vail. We were so pleased to find that we were so close to everything we cared to do, but felt so comfortable being in such a beautiful resort community. We would quickly and eagerly return!

The resort is in the heart of Beaver Creek village, near all the shops, restaurants and trails. It has limited food options at the resort but you are within walking distance to many options. Valet parking is required at this resort. Very friendly and very clean.

Breakfast excellent! Staff fantastic! Upgraded our room and added some nice touches when they found out that it was our anniversary! Really friendly and attentive staff. Always enjoy the property and the people!

Breakfast was lovely. Valet was speedy to bring around car and also used the courtesy car service, which was very nice. Location was great. Room was very nice...including fireplace and shower.

We didn't care for the Pool Hot tub location and general lack of a luxury feel. Building was comfortable but common areas seemed dated.
