Hey, Hampton did an awesome job again - clean rooms, great showers and a very good free hot breakfast with AMAZING coffee. Also, I accidentally broke a bottle of wine all over the room floor and the manager took it totally in stride and said no problem, accidents happen, we'll take care of it. I'm quickly becoming a fan of this hotel! Thanks much again!

This hotel is in an amazing location! Right off 25, across the street from outlet mall, and within half a mile to gas stations, grocery, pharmacy, and other shopping venues. Room was spotless and bed comfortable! Check in and check out fast. Breakfast included from 6am to 10am. Coffee available in lobby 24 hrs.

Convenient location, easy to find, felt safe

Trim around bathroom floor was not complete, or has just deteriorated as there was gaps in the trim and drywall (?) chunks and dust were along the back of the toilet and behind the bathroom door. When we arrived, there was a big mess on the floor in the foyer and in the commons area on the long table there was empty juice boxes and looked like meal leftovers. Was quoted one price with your site, but was charged $27* more upon checkout.

New clean, good room size, great location . Breakfast was very good

Housekeeping was non existent we spent 4 nights without anyone tending to room. Asked twice no one showed, we are neat so we keep the room picked up. But no towels, had to go to front desk or just take them off a cart in hallway. Had to empty our own trash in elevator lobby garage can every day

Excellent staff, very comfortable bed and pillows, room with amenities. Decent breakfast.

Occasional musty smell in room, improved with opening window.

Bring a roll of quarters if you're hoping to do laundry here. The place has washers ($2.50 a load) and dryers ($2.50 a load), but no quarter changing machine on premises.

Breakfast was great! It was more than I expected. The employee attending the buffet was very nice to find a tray to carry the food and coffee back to my room.

The staff were friendly. Room was clean and good size. Beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I have to come in Castle Rock again.
