Very clean, updated and modern, reasonably priced room. Guests are respectful and quiet. Great location on our way back to Denver. Other reviews noted it was outdated, but maybe those reviews are older. It was modern an updated.

We appreciated the pet friendly room, but the additional pet fee wasn’t indicated on Booking.com , so we recommend that they add that on Booking.com so it’s not a surprise. It was an additional $25 fee on top of the price of the room. The double queen pet friendly room had squeaky beds, maybe from the box spring. Another reviewer noted that as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was huge and so comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were fluffy and soft. Lala was our host and she gave us some amazing suggestions of drives that we had not considered. This was the best place we stayed all vacation. I should add that the breakfast was delicious. Biscuits and gravy, homemade jams and fresh blueberries for my waffles.

We liked everything about this stay. There was no downside.

Lovely facility. Room was back, away from traffic, nice table with two chairs. Handheld walk-in shower. Refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave. Comfortable bed and pillows. Electrical sockets in the right places. Excellent breakfast. Good heater.

Softest towels EVER!!! Fantastic customer service!! Delicious breakfast with many tasty options!!! Great parking! Good lighting!! I was on 2nd floor and enjoyed my balcony.

I did manage to lock myself outside on my balcony & be stuck out there for a long time. I stepped onto balcony, bare feet, no phone, no key for room. Door shuts & I'm locked out! Eventually a man walks by & I shout & he helps me by getting the lady up front. She goes into my room and then lets me back into my room. A bit scary. My fault. But it definitely sucked.

The setting is beautiful, with lovely gardens and outside sitting areas. Even though the hotel is on HWY 50, the hotel sits back from the road so it is very quiet. It is worth driving the few miles from the main part of Gunnison for the peace and quiet. We have stayed here before when we needed just 1 night. The breakfast is wonderful! Homemade jams, bowl of fresh blueberries, and high end teas are just some of the nice breakfast items. The beds are comfortable and the room was very quiet. We will stay here again when passing through Gunnison.

Room was very quiet. Nice view of the golf course and it had benches to sit in and enjoy the evening and mornings. Breakfast was good. It met our needs.

Had to wait for a few minutes to check in. The person who does the check in in the evening wasn't at the desk. Minor inconvenience but not an issue. Still a great place to stay.

Very affordable (especially since it's much pricier to stay in Crested Butte if you're skiing), pretty nice inside, seems newly renovated, upper rooms have patios. Includes a basic breakfast. Water gets hot quickly and stays hot.

Breakfast is pretty light, no hot bar, but decent options available (coffee, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, waffles, fruit...). You have to walk outside to get to the separate office building where the breakfast area is, and it can be very very cold in winter. You can only get one key, and it's a regular kind of key. Tv is a bit small. Overall these aren't really anything bad, more just some things I noticed.

Lots of noise from the exterior parking area. Fortunately, it stopped around 10PM or so...Obviously the hotel (and staff) can't control that variable.. Some people just suck, and are inconsiderate (shocker, I know :^)

The homemade biscuits and jam were delicious! The staff were friendly, the price was great, and the location was beautiful. The shower was roomy and the quality shampoo and conditioner were really nice amenities. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was amazing! The price was low but our stay was fantastic!! Clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast spread was great as well!

I have no criticism for this place. It’s well cared for and it shows
