Very clean and comfortable. Our room was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The king size mattress was comfortable with a nice duvet cover and comfy pillows. The back yard area was very cute with outdoor furniture in all the shady spots, a picnic table for larger groups and an outdoor grill. Very nice. The only staff member we met was John. He was very accommodating and helped us check in early. You could tell he took great interest in making sure we had a good experience.

Nothing really. It’s an older motel-style property on the edge of a country town that’s been carefully remodeled over the years. Nothing particularly fancy, but it has all the bases covered for a very nice stay.

Comfortable motel-style room had a full kitchen, comfy bed, and a table to sit at (always a bonus). The staff were friendly and attentive. Located a couple of blocks from the main street and several good restaurants; the back rooms were wrapped around a small garden.

The air-conditioning unit was a bit loud.

Older 1-story motel, well maintained (though not necessarily updated) with lots of trees, shrubs, & flowers on the grounds. Nice outdoor seating areas. The manager who greeted us was very friendly & our room was ready early. Wifi, TV, refrigerator & microwave all worked well. We walked a few blocks for dinner at a terrific Mexican restaurant.

It's an older facility with a small bathroom (no room for toiletries). The bedding included a clean but well-worn quilt. Not sure how I feel about that... most motels have moved away from bed covers that can't be washed daily.

Perfect location for wine tasting in the Paonia/ Hotchkiss area. The grounds are lovely and the rooms had a kitchen. This seems to be a converted motel but the rooms are cute and very comfortable with very nice bedding, towels, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Rocky Mountain Inn. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Plus the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean. There was a great little shady grass area for grilling and relaxing. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Location is close to downtown.

There wasn't a way to control the temperature in our room so we actually got a bit chilly at night.

We loved our stay at Rocky Mountain Inn! Perfect walkable location, easy parking, comfy bed, and really appreciated how pet friendly they are—it's hard to find! 🐾❤️

We had the unit over the office, the former owner's 1 bedroom and loft. It was fantastic. Very clean, plenty of space for 5 of us, and the location was excellent. The grounds are beautiful also.

Comfortable and spacious room within walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants.

The second person who took a shower only had lukewarm water.

Location was fabulous, staff was quite friendly, there was outdoor seating, the room was quite comfortable.
