The speed of check in, cleanliness of room, space in the room, and overall attention to detail in terms of I felt at home, I have a rule that if a hotel is or feels dirty or unkept, I don't take off my sandals. I was able to take off my sandals within this room within the first 20 seconds. Amazing place to go to the National Park nearby.

Door to the parking lot, from our room, was on the side, and you couldn't come back in that way unless you put a rock on the door to hold it. Otherwise, you had to enter the lobby to go all the way around. They should install room card reader at that back entrance for convenience of guests.

The room was really nice and really quiet. The staff was really nice helped out a lot hot tub worked awesome the first two nights loved being on the ground floor breakfast was good

When you have eggs you need to have somebody there that can cook fried eggs and they prefer fried eggs bacon need to be a little bit more crispier the biscuits and gravy were good need something to keep the water out of the biscuits

Any negative comments are crazy. This place is top value. The place is totally clean, totally comfortable, easy to get in and out of. They have a solid breakfast. They have an indoor pool. I didn't use it, but next time I might. And people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Also, I didn't pay much to stay here. I am very happy I stayed here and will again when I am in town.

The room was very nice clean and comfortable. The only problem was there was a bright light shining in the window all night so you couldn’t tell if it was daylight or night out.

We stayed here while we were waiting for the movers to arrive to our new home. The location was perfect for us.

- heating was very noisy - a kind of internet filter that blocked access to sites with presumably inappropriate content (e.g. erotic) - creaky bathtub

Convenient to locations visited. Black Canyon Of The Gunnison NP, Lake City, Sweitzer Lake State Park.

More grab and go items at breakfast. Fewer bran muffins! LOL

Staff was excellent. One insisted on carrying my suitcase down the stairs. One printed a document for me. All with genuine smiles.

Hot tub was nice and warm, but jets did not work. No elevator. Breakfast was just okay.

the pool was not in the main building so you had to walk through the parking lot to get to the pool building . the hot tub was ice cold and the pool was very hot

Considering the price this place was great! Rooms were spacious and clean, there was a great breakfast and the indoor pool was nice and warm.

Needs a little maintenance. Some lights in our room weren't working and the bathroom needed some paint repair. Towels for the pool need to be gotten from the reception.
