We the had an excellent one night stay here. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the filtered water and light snacks in the morning. We'd had a long drive enjoying the fall leaves before we arrived and enjoyed the easy check in and nice room. The generous check out time allowed us plenty of time to sleep in and get our bearings before another day of adventure. I also really loved getting to meet the teacup Yorkie in the morning!

The bathroom was very small but workable. It's just a reality of the building being old. It was still very clean and nicely updated.

Cute and clean. Comfortable beds. Snacks in lobby were helpful when we arrived late in the day with our child. Easy walking distance to convenience store and restaurants.

Housekeeping opened our door twice without knocking before checkout time on the day we left.

I don't always like roadside motels, but this was one of the good ones! Honestly made me want to find more quaint re-modeled roadside gems. The bathroom products were great and the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the color combo of the gray exterior and yellow doors too!

The only thing that could have been better is size. The room we had was super tight in terms of space. However, the quaintness of the experience made up for that.

The semi private double queen rooms were unique, and each side had its own A/C unit and controls. Beds were comfortable, fire pit outside was a nice touch for unwinding before bed. Monty the office dog is precious!

Our only complaint is that the bathroom was TINY, and there was no exhaust fan. There were 3 of us traveling and after 3 showers, everything in that bathroom has hot, steamy and damp. Also, my credit card was charged automatically 2 hours before we were even able to check in, which I've never experienced before. Usually the card is run when you check in. My friends and I were splitting the travel expenses and we were planning on using a different card for this hotel. It seems if you don't check in right at 2pm, you are then given a lockbox code to check yourself in.

This place was great for our needs. Very basic, but everything was clean - even the towels were nice. Proximity to the airport and to Black Canyon NP was ideal for us. Office employee was super friendly and helpful at check-in and the rates are reasonable. We didn't use any of this ourselves but the little fire pit area and coffee and snacks in the office are a nice touch.

Mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was very squeaky. No complaints it was a great place to crash for one night before flying out.

Location is very close to Black Canyon of Gunnison national park (15 mins drive). The front staff were very helpful, answering questions. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean and soft. Room had microwave and fridge. The complimentary coffee, fruit, water bottles and snacks in the lobby were good. The selection surpassed my expectations for a basic motel! The room was very clean. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again. And will recommend others to stay here.

Great experience, quick and friendly check in. Room was in good size and clean. Beds were comfortable. For the money we have paid the standard was more than we expected to be. I can recommend it to anyone who can visit Black Canyon of Gunnison Park as it is very close. I was surprised we were offered tea,coffee and snacks for the breakfast which was very nice of the Motor Lodge.

Room was very clean and spacious, and could park right in front of the door. Nice little grab 'n' go breakfast bites, coffee, and filtered cold water. Short drive to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, and lots of restaurant options nearby. There is also a nice park nearby called Riverbottom Park. Staff were very courteous and helpful. :-)

Although an older hotel, it was clean and had been somewhat renovated, including new flooring and no carpeting. Good location near Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and other sightseeing. Friendly staff!

The grab and go breakfast was very limited in options. The rooms are small, but expected, due to being an older motel.

The room has been recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable. The bed and shower were great. The room was no more than 10 steps from the car. There are several packaged items (yogurt, pop tarts, coffee) available for breakfast and a nice area in the office to enjoy them.

The room is small but not really cramped, even with the king bed.
