The family who owned the inn was very friendly, and gave us tips for traveling around the area. You can tell they pour their heart and soul into the place to make it cozy, clean, welcoming, and homey for those who pass by. The property was also gorgeous, you are surrounding by beautiful flowers everywhere! The patio is cute to spend your morning breakfast with the chirping birds. The place is not modern, but it does give you a cozy home feeling and that’s a lovely change from the sterile looks of other hotels. The rooms were clean, large, fully equipped with everything you need (we had an oven in our room in case we needed to cook!). Everything worked perfectly.

John was very professional, friendly, and when I would see him, he would inquire as to if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend the property. The price was great, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and having a refrigerator, and a microwave in the room was a big plus.

There wasn't anything that I did not like. It was quiet, and comfortable. The room was spacious, free internet was a plus. The choice of channels on the TV was very nice.

Everything started by walking into the office for check in. The owner is such a nice, friendly man. I could have talked with him forever. I'm a 69 year old woman who rarely travels alone so I was slightly nervous. Once I was in room I was so happy. Queen bed. Small 2 person dining table. Even though this Inn is right off the busy roadway I did not hear any traffic including the big rigs. I had neighbors. I saw their cars but never heard anything including tv. GREAT WiFi!

An older, well maintained property that was clean, comfortable, and convenient to Delta and the surrounding area. We were concerned that it would be noisy since it's right on the highway, but our room on the back side was quiet. We didn't hear any road noise or noise from adjoining rooms.

It would be nice if they had some sort of breakfast offering, or a simple coffee and juice bar, but there are places to get breakfast nearby.

Greeted when we arrived. Check-in was efficient and informative thanks to out host helping us with several questions about the area. Room was very quiet, clean, comfortable and all functioned properly. Clearly the owners take pride in their property. The place was full for several nights; guests were respectful and quiet for the benefit of all. We enjoyed our stay, ease of location, conversations with the owners and certainly hope to visit again.

Someone was smoking a short distance from our AC unit. Not a big deal, just waited a short time for the guest to go back inside before we turned on the unit. What worked: We kept the drapes closed during the heat of the day and the room was still cool when we arrived in the evenings.

Great customer services, communication and efficiency; awesome air cond; comfy bed; got everything we needed for one night stay; we stayed at this lodge during the visit of Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. It was a great location. Nearby El Pollo Bar (a bar with a food truck) on Main and E 11th St has the BEST grilled chicken and food in town. We still talk about the food weeks after the road trip LOL

I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean rooms and comfortable. I travel for work and typically only need a hotel room to sleep and I never had a problem while staying here. Very quiet and comfortable. The owner is pleasant and accommodating to my work schedule. I highly recommend staying at this property whether you are traveling for work or just need a relaxing room for the night.

The first thing I noticed was all the flowers and color which makes everything feel the warmth of home. The owners were beyond kind and willing to help my grandson and I with anything. We unexpectedly needed to remain an extra night and they went beyond what they needed to do. They kindly let my grandson help them water the flowers and asked everyday what we needed. They are very knowledgeable of their beautiful area and give great advice on destinations. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the inn is very quiet. We'll be happy to visit again.

Stopped at this hotel while visiting Black canyon of the Gunnison national park, and enjoyed it a lot! Room was very clean, comfortable and nice looking and had everything you need and beyond. In additional to microwave and refrigerator, there was also an actual stove and sink for washing dishes (this is actually the first time I see that in a hotel). Bathroom was clean, bathroom supplies were provided, AC and wi-fi worked well. The owner was very nice. Definitely recommend this location for your stay.

I don’t write reviews but I need to for this place. It was an excellent stay for a motorcycle trip - John (the owner) is very kind and accommodating, he even gave me towels to clean my motorcycle without me asking. I will be staying here again. Perfect for a stop along a big trip!
