I loved how we had a mini house. Could cook and enjoy watching the wildlife from our window ever day.

My husband was “6,3” tall and I was “5,”5 tall. He was definitely hitting his head a lot. Definitely lots of laughing and memories. The shower was the best part because he had to put his neck sideways. That was the only thing, but we enjoyed our stay very much!

The cabin was clean, well furnished, and roomy(could have slept 5). The location was convenient to local services such as restaurants, grocery, liquor store, and gas. Multiple hiking trails/trailheads were within a short drive. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The facility is more accurately a very crowded RV park with a handful of cabins squeezed in. With so many RVs around and in such close proximity, there was an almost constant drone of the air conditioners in some of these units that distracted from an otherwise peaceful setting. Unlike all the other cabins, our cabin did not have a parking spot next to it, so we had to park in front, which apparently resulted in a minor inconvenience for our neighbors on either side.

We loved how clean and comfortable it was. Location is great - 30 min. to Wolf Creek. Super friendly people run the place and are extremely responsive. We liked that they had a real kitchen, with gas range and (almost) full-sized fridge.

No complaints. The bathroom was pretty chilly, but they had a good space heater that took care of the problem. The plumbing is definitely old, but we didn't have any problems other than occasionally having to flush twice.

Really quiet and right in the middle of things

Stayed in cabin 11 which didn’t have air conditioning. I got cold enough at night but we weren’t there during the middle of the day so it wasn’t an issue since it got down to 40° at night.

Quiet location and able to walk dogs in close neighborhood. Close to river for dogs to cool in. Comfortable cabin with full kitchen. Used the outside grill several eves. Staff friendly and always helpful. This is my 2nd trip to this town and cabin location.

Would love comfy chairs as the couch/futon is not very comfortable to sit on .

Location was awesome. Our room was adequate, super nice people all around us. Quiet location. Outstanding view! Great location, close to stores and shops. River within walking distance!

The cabin was great! Very clean & well equipped kitchen was so nice & unexpected. Short ride into town for supplies & staff were great at giving suggestions about restaurants, sites etc. Anything we needed they had or could tell us were to shop for the need. Very friendly campers!

Can't think of anything really. The hot & cold on the shower, cabin 1, were switched around but not a big deal to us.

we stayed in cabin 11, it is an airstream Rv converted to a cabin. it was a genius idea. such a cute cabin. if you like Rv life, you’ll appreciate this cabin. we would request it next time.

we were on a motorcycle so we would prefer paved entrance, but we understand why gravel is more cost effective and the gravel wasn’t deep, so it was manageable.

The cabin was clean as was the entire campground.

When we came in each evening, it was hot. Even with all of the windows open and a fan on, it was several hours after dark before it cooled off.

We rented the large family cabin that sleeps 10. We had 7 with our party. There was only one bathroom. Could have used an additional toilet room. Tying up the bathroom for showers was an issue occaisionally.
