LOCATION! I mean sitting on the porch and seeing those Sangre Christo mountains just 6 or 7 miles away, just awe inspiring! And the easy walk into the downtown of Westcliffe, with it's shops and restaurants (Chud's is awesome, btw) All you need to cook and beds were comfy, great wifi service.
More expensive than my normal "motel" stay, but not a motel with it's suites (full kitchen) . Pillow was too thick/hard for my liking. (I mean I tried hard to come up with something to "not like" ) LOL

I wished for a modern-size elongated toilet, not a tiny round one. But that's a minor complaint. It would be really nice if there was a mirror outside the bathroom. And it would be nice to have a second towel bar. But these are all minor things, we really enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness was fabulous (the housekeeping folks had done a very nice prep job), and the quiet was so nice. Also nice to be able to walk to many places in town. And, yes, the skies are dark!!

super nice place with good pricing for last minute reservations. No staff was met but the emailed instructions were perfect and easy to follow.
All was great thank you. These are like studio apartments it was nice to know we could of cooked if need be.

Kitchen/fridge, some starting supplies, bed, location, seating outside the room, newer floors and paint on the walls. Snacks were left for us in a basket, nice.
Quiet until upstairs the guest came home after 10:30, very noisy as sound traveled well. My husband kept waking up when AC unit kicked on. No hangers.

Comfortable, charming, and (best of all!) affordable, all in a great location next to the Smokey Jack Observatory. Ensuite kitchen, full fridge, good AC, great shower/bath.
There was nothing to dislike.
