The entire staff we encountered were amazing. Their attitudes were great even when I heard them have to deal with what is assume was the worst customer ever. They treated that dude with more respect then he asked for with his actions. Great experience. Just based on the staff alone

Only issued were cosmetic with items that get wore out with all the customers like. A tear in the comforter. Simple easy fixes that were in sure over looked during a busy season.

The pet area could be a little more pet friendly. The dispenser for poop bags was not filled, which meant nobody picked up after their dogs. The ground is hard dirt, no grass. I didn't feel the pet area was very pet friendly.

I was really impressed by the fact that any time I called the front desk to ask for something I didn't even have to go to the office they just brought it right to my door and they were very friendly and helpful.

The only things I didn't really like was it was hard to get in and out of the parking lot because the entrance is right next to a main street and the rooms were a little run down but everything was clean.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was exactly what we were looking for. It saved us money by not requiring us to eat out. Also seeing the plaques on rooms where certain famous people had slept was neat.

The biggest thing was even though only two floors elevators would have made getting into the room initially easier as well as bringing in groceries.

I loved how much area there was for the children. I didn’t have to worry about them getting hit by a car! They absolutely loved the little play area and dog park! Pool was great! Hot tub was even better! The other tenants in the motel were very friendly and helpful. The family suit was perfect for my three children plus two adults!

They didn’t offer breakfast so we had to find breakfast else wear. We love the breakfast in the lobby in the mornings it gives us an opportunity to mingle.

The price.

There were several eral things broken in the room and bathroom. Housekeeping was upon request. Towels were scratchy.

All excellent starting with the receptionist who knows her work very well. The room is very clean, the maintenance staff fixed the television problem in record time and the waitresses make it feel at home, my family enjoys stay at the hotel.!!!

The woman at the front desk was amazing. Very polite, when I called first to see if there was a deposit she made sure to exspain to me that I had just a few hours to get there since no one would be there to check me after a certain time. Polite, professional in look and additude, upbeat, personable, and informative. She was and is a positive energy.

The only things I did not.like was the lack of a coffee pot in the room and the water never got hot enough

Close to the Colorado department state penitentiary. So I can visit my husband and worked with me around the hours of my visit to get picked up.

How gaps in door way where so big where your able to hear everything in the hallway. My beds springs where broken when you layered on the bed.

clean room, clean beds, owner was friendly & helpful, I would say there again

no breakfast, just coffee, but it was still a good place to stay
