The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite for no extra charge. The room was spacious and very clean. The room had lots of charm and even exposed brick walls. The breakfast was very good. We each got a $20 voucher to select anything from their menu. We had a breakfast burrito and a breakfast skillet and loved them.

The casino is older so if you are looking for a newer updated casino this would probably not be the casino for you. However there are many casinos to choose from right across the street or next door.

Everything was exactly what I expected from this location. The room was clean, comfortable and in a really great location on Bennett Ave. The staff was very informative. Let us know of activities and celebrations going on in the area for the weekend. There was so much free parking that the hotel offered for guests. Had a complimentary breakfast downstairs in the restaurant connected to their hotel and casino. The food was refreshing and delicious. The staff was inviting and friendly. Made our meals a good experience. They also offered a buy one get one free dinner. Their casino downstairs was clean and the staff was friendly. They were all so eager to make sure you had everything you needed. I really appreciated how the staff at this establishment made you feel important to them. My time spent in Cripple Creek turned out being amazing because of them and the little details they paid attention to.

Needed a microwave in the room.

The rooms were updated in this older building. They were very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the few friends we were with to gather before attending a dinner and show, which were both walking distance. I will, for sure, be staying here again.

My key card didn't work. I had to get security to let me in my room. They were very friendly and helpful, but commented that this was an on-going and re-occurring issue. It won't keep me from coming back!

Being able to look out and see the strip and being able to get a drink when I wanted even if it was at 4am. having all types of gambling at one place ie. tables, slots. video, and bar top. When there was an opportunity the dealers where very education about how the games played and I asked lots of questions regarding all the side betting.

Our room was a little cold but the bed was nice. It would be nice if breakfast was available sooner like 6am not all people stay up late some get up early. It would be nice if more tables where open at the same time I had to wait 3 hours to play 3card poker and it would be nice to just get back to the basic's on the cards like straight 21 no side betting with a 5 dollar min. same with 3card poker. On Monday morning I came up to the card room and asked about one of the tables because there was a dealer sitting their and in a rude voice he said this table is closed.

It was a great property, and our room was awesome. The bed was so comfortable. First of all, I just loved the town of cripple Creek, it was the first time we had been there and we’re going to definitely go back. I loved the decoration, the Decour in our room. It was a mix of old and new and it was done so tastefully. I was clean, and so comfortable. We had a lot of fun down in the casino and their restaurant. Serve some pretty good food and an awesome breakfast.

Honestly, there is nothing bad to say about the property or our experience. We really enjoyed ourselves in cripple Creek and at the hotel.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Free breakfast is provided in $15 credit every morning at the grill, which is enough for any of the entrees. You also receive gaming credit daily. We added a bottle of chilled champagne to our room for only $10! The staff were friendly and it's easy to walk to most attractions from this location.

No covered parking, outdoor only. It gets busy on the weekends which means you may not be able to get a spot if you leave on the weekend. If you have accessibility issues, this casino (and the entire town) may be difficult to navigate.

While the casino and town is old, the rooms are updated and clean. Did know about the included breakfast, but was surprised at the buy one get one free coupon for another meal at the bistro .

Bistro staff, very nice and accommodating, however, no one at front desk or cashiers seem to know about a major event going on (release of the donkeys). Staff should know about the sites and activities of the town. At check-in, they did not disclose properly about the amenities.

The Century is centrally located, clean, comfortable and has the friendliest staff around! It also has a good restaurant and of course, a casino!

My only complaint is that across the street, there is a LOT of construction going on. So much so that the hotel leaves earplugs in your room for sleeping. While I completely understand that the Century has no control over construction in town, I wish I’d been made aware of the potential noise level during the booking process. That’s the only reason I gave a rating of 9 instead of 10

All of the employees were very very helpful. I did an amazing job of losing both my phone and my wallet during my stay. When someone happened to call my phone, security answered and got a message to me and I was able to go get it right away.

I sure didn't like losing my phone and my wallet but I was real impressed by security being so helpful.

Nice central location. Helpful and friendly front desk staff (looking at you Jamie!). Wonderful staff throughout! Delicious breakfast. Quiet, spacious and comfortable room. Adequate and convenient parking.

Note that some stairs on the gaming floor will have to be negotiated to get to the elevators to the second floor rooms.
