Room well appointed

Poor parking set up. Limited parking near unit. Got to room to find it was not clean at 4 pm. It had been overlooked by staff. Unfortunately I was struggling with altitude sickness so sat in the parking lot until it was ready. I asked for a different room and they said they were full. They could HH ave swapped us and once clean, given our room to a guest due in after us. Once in room, after cleaning, we still saw 3 hairs on bathroom/shower area. Left next am by 5:30 so can't speak to breakfast offered. It also did not seem that all rooms were full as we were told.

The room is neat. The free use of the kitchen, bottled water were provided,and different choices for hot drinks were really appeeciated. Sitting at the balcony while sipping a hot cup of apple cider and enjoying the view was so relaxing. There was a hot tub too!The staff is so sweet that she brought some hot choco pods when we can't find any from the lodge. The host took immediate action when the TV was not working. The location is just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the lake.

There's a smell that is a bit off coming from the toilet drainage.

Central location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, galleries, hiking. The neighboring lodge location offered a large patio fire pit, fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and wraparound porch with comfort rockers, and a Mountain View with quaint Victorian Lake Park area!

Loved everything!

The Little Beaver Inn, by virtue of being connected to The Outlook Lodge offers amenities like a full kitchen and a living room with a fireplace in a totally beautiful setting. There is also a hot tub, an outdoor fire pit, etc. We loved the range of comfort and possibilities of spending time enjoying the facilities, to the extent that when we arrived we decided to take it easy and just hang out - that really feels like a vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and could imagine staying here much longer. Also, as architects, we really appreciated the design of the room which felt so contemporary and cozy. Lastly, we loved the guidebook and the Malin + Goetz toiletries. The most chic hotel on our trip, definitely!

The only problem we had was at night with the in wall HVAC unit. It was very loud and woke me up a few times over the course of the night. We couldn’t turn it off because it was otherwise a very cold night. Didn’t get great sleep.

Little Beaver Inn was perfect for our little getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub which was right outside of our room. We also had use of the firepit up at the lodge, which is just up the hill. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was less than a 5 minute walk to downtown which had a few restaurants and a bar, and there were tons of hikes with trailheads within walking distance.

No complaints!

The hot tub was amazing while it was snowing. The room was comfortable with a coffee machine. If the restaurants were open in town you could walk there. It was a quiet, cozy weekend.

The TV would go into a commercial break and the TV volume would blast. We did eventually figure out to use the mute button

I loved the location and the room. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was warm, friendly, responsive and helpful.

There was limited parking. It snowed pretty heavily and the limit lot was not paved.

Clean and well maintained.

The parking on premises behind the Little Beaver needs to be marked off with 3 -4 spaces. It was not marked at all. Late arrivals may miss a parking space. I had to hunt for a space in the dark.

wonderful location in a small mountain town. close to everything we wanted to do. restaurants in walking distance. geese and deer walk by every morning, nice views, quiet at night, shopping in the next town (about 4 miles away).

wish we would have known in advance that there was not daily cleaning of the room. we weren’t sure if they missed our room or if it was simply their policy not to clean them every day. no indication on the website or in the communication received prior to arrival.

We loved the location and the staff and the atmosphere

The light bulb exploded over the shower while showering but that was quickly taken care of and felt as if the staff truly cared that I was not hurt. Terry was the kindest most thoughtful woman that helped us through our stay. The only complaint that we had was that the walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors in room 10 very very clearly and I’m sure Vice a versa.
