There is a fully equipped kitchen available to guests, so we were able to easily make dinner there and cook porridge the following morning. I loved the outdoor hot tub. The common room and dining area were beautifully finished in wood panelling and furnished to perfection. A perfect pocket luxury stay. It's walking distance to an excellent and very friendly diner called the Pantry for second breakfast as well.

I thing the ability to climb stairs to access a lot of the property should be highlighted. This wasn't a problem for us but people with impaired stair climbing ability would need to be alerted so they could take a room which was accessible to them. For example, the car parking is at the bottom of a long flight of stairs and the hottub is located at a sister property and the room we stayed in was down a narrowish flight of stairs. As I say, not a problem if you are ambulatory and fit.

I had during my recent stay at Green Falls Mountains. The purpose of my visit was to attend the Green Box Exhibition, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The outlook from the hotel was mesmerizing, and I couldn't help but admire the beauty of the surrounding mountains. It truly is a paradise for nature lovers. Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. In terms of accessibility, the hotel was easy to find, and the proximity to the little town was a definite plus. It allowed us to explore the amazing places the town had to offer, while still being able to retreat to the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the hotel. Overall, my experience at Green Falls Mountains was nothing short of fantastic. I was captivated by the beauty of the location, the comfort of the hotel, and the convenience of the nearby attractions. I can confidently say that we will be returning in the future. Once again, thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I will be sure to recommend Green Falls Mountains to friends and family who are looking for a serene and picturesque getaway.

It was gorgeous! A 100 year-old mountain Lodge restored and refurbished in the very best way to combine a level of luxury look and feel without destroying the authentic mountain feeling. The furniture, decor and design was clean, comfortable and sumptuous all at once. Plus there was a fine art bent to the interior design, in a nod to the town’s Greenbox Artist in Residence program, and the art found all around town.

Located in a very small and quiet town but close enough (to drive) to Woodland Park for groceries, gas, and restaurants. The building kept its original architecture but interior decor was beautifully done.

Fridge in the room could not freeze our ice packs. You also have to use your own password to watch some of the streaming channels.

We loved how homey and comfortable it was. We loved the detailed care put in the amenities and cleaniness. We loved the environment and the bay window. It was also very nice to walk around town and be so close to the cafe and pub. We would have loved to stay more than one night and with family. Next time!

The door into the building could be quieter. The access is through a long staircase from the parking lot so not ideal for everyone. There is a road in the back of the building that could be used for unloading or dropping off elders but noticed it only afterwards.

Everything. I couldn't recommend it more. The location, facilities, charm, and price of the Outlook Lodge far exceeded my expectations! Staff was very kind and the entire property was immaculate! The shared areas were phenomenal. This includes the kitchen, dining room , living room, laundry, deck, jacuzzi, and outdoor dining & fire pit. All were beautifully decorated and clean. Our room was perfect and included a small living room with a bedroom and bathroom. Charm is packed into every corner of the room! The room was the perfect mix of vintage and modern decor. The lodge is a few steps away from a pizza/dive bar with delicious food. There's a coffee shop and a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend all of them. Such a GREAT value, especially when compared to paying similar rates for a basic hotel room. The lodge is perfectly located in the town of Green Mountain, which is right off the curvy mountain highway that takes you to all the major attractions in the area. Pike's Peak, Garden of the gods, the Cliff Dwelling mesuem, and Manitou Springs, to name a few. Just stay here if you can! It's perfect!

Some type of breakfast option might have been nice but not a big deal.

The lodge was exceptional. We loved the solitude and coziness of the rooms. Setting by the fire pit and sitting on the balcony in the rocking chars. Great place to unwind and relax. We are already planning our next trip to the outlook lodge.

This is very well managed property, clean and cozy; coffee on the porch , access to common living room , full kitchen and outdoor area make this property stand out !

parking can be a bit tight ; stairs up to the parking lot are for real.

The Outlook Lodge is a beautiful unique property. It is more than a place to stay....it is a place to experience the special feeling of being in Green Mountain Falls.

It would be good to let people know that there is a drive up place in the back to drop off bags. We didn't know and carried everything up the big stairs in the front, which is taxing at high altitude.
