The inside was a pleasant surprise after the somewhat rundown looking outside. The room was clean and surprisingly well supplied. The linens were a good quality and comfortable. The staff was great. The location was ideal for our needs and it was a tremendous benefit to be able to keep our cars there for the day while we took the shuttles.

The room had a fairly strong disinfectant odor. The air conditioner had an issue but we were able to make it work (and they thanked us for pointing it out so they could fix it). The pillows could use a refresh. Breakfast between 7-9:30 was useless for us.

The property was wonderful it was clean, very spacious and we loved how close to all the shops it was we could walk from the hotel to any shop or restaurant we wanted. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

At the current moment cleaning of the room only happens on your third day of the stay if it’s longer that 3 days due to staffing issues. Honestly though we didn’t find it to be an issue as, if you up keep on some things yourself it’s truly not bad.

I liked the clean, comfortable room & perfect location. Located across the street is a shuttle that will take you to the incline/cog. A 5 min walk to downtown Manitou Springs. About a 35 min walk to the Garden of the Gods. The staff is very nice, friendly, & helpful.

Breakfast is continental, so there are no protein options.

Breakfast was adequate , items neatly organized. The Motel's location is ideal--within walking distance of downtown, and conveniently located across the street from a shuttle bus stop. Belladonna and Keira, the two young ladies in the office, were sincerely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and requests. Cleanliness was top notch in the rooms, on the grounds, and in the swimming pool area

I loved the location and how close it was to all the shops and restaurants. Being minutes driving distance away from so many other attractions too was as huge asset about this property as well.

I thought it was a little overpriced for no more amenities that it offered, however the location and convenience offered by being so close to so many things does somewhat justify the price.

It was right on the line for the free shuttle. We were able to hop onto the shuttle to get to the Cog Railway for our trip to the top of Pikes Peak. It was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot shower was amazing! It was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful! It is in the older section of Manitou Springs, and if we had been staying there longer, it would have been a great place to walk, shop, and enjoy the restaurants.

I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator, and of course, our room was on the 2nd floor. It just made it a little more work to get settled!

Great location. Great value. Breakfast is fruit and pastries available at front desk, but with such value that is not an issue. Room freshly decorated, very clean, lots of towels all the things that matter. They give you a map of the town, which was really helpful. Highly recommend.

Wifi network had just been changed and the label on the card was out of date. There were 2 TV remotes and some instructions on the smart TV operation would be helpful..

This was a great place to stay and walk downtown to shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean. Its an older motel style place so we parked right outside our door. The reception was very helpful and they had a basic breakfast available with packaged pastry and fruit. Our room had a kerig so I bought coffee and cream and kept it in my room to make my own and fill my travel mug every morning. One morning our tv didn't turn on and they fixed it right away. You could buy canisters of O2 in the lobby also. I bought one the day we went higher in the mountains to sightsee. I would stay at this hotel again.

I think they were short staffed. We stayed 5 days and had to go ask for towels one morning. Not a big problem for us but if I was traveling with kids It would have annoyed me.

Large clean rooms great location. Walked a couple blocks to dining and shopping.

I was surprised to pay an extra $5 per day for parking in the Villa parking lot, but after parking downtown one day for a couple hours, I decided it was well worth it to pay them the $5 and walk.

Perfect location for access to the city on foot. Beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and was quick to offer information to make our stay more enjoyable.
