The reception was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good but could use some improvement. The breakfast attendant was very friendly, but both mornings that we visited, items would run out, and you had to seek her out to get them refilled (milk, creamer, apple juice, fruit, bagels, boiled eggs). It would be nice if meat (sausage or bacon) were offered on the sausage gravy and biscuits days. Not everyone likes sausage gravy, and there was nothing else to choose from unless you are cereal or waffles. One other suggestion would be to lighten up on the febreeze or whatever is used on the carpets in the hallways and rooms. It's a little breathtaking.

Excellent location for Pikes Peak, very good facilities, the hotel was clean and room service was good for our three-day stay. A good size room and good choice at breakfast except for hot options. Very helpful reception staff. Ample free onsite parking and wifi was good - you didn't need to keep logging in like some hotels.

Pool could have been a little cleaner, a lot of sand at the bottom. Otherwise, not much to complain about.

We first stayed here a year ago, when we came for the Blue Angels air show. We enjoyed our stay then and wanted to come back again to explore the area more! That’s what we did this time. The breakfast and breakfast room is great. The rooms and the pool area are wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

The conditioner in the shower must have been dried out because it wouldn’t come out. I forgot to leave a note or let the front desk know. Just a minor thing.

The room was clean and smelled clean. The paint looked new. The beds were very comfortable. I loved that the sink was in the bathroom, a big deal with me. Also, this is the first time since covid that we got a place where the towels were changed daily without having to ask. Nice little balcony.

Although there were several options for breakfast, the quality was not as good as you would hope. Biscuits were hard. It would have been nice to have a chair or love seat in the room for relaxing.

The hotel was clean and charming. The front desk staff was amazing. The room felt extremely clean and it was very big and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Lot of pillows on the bed and lots of fresh towels in the room. The balcony is small and doesn't seem to have much use, but still, it is very nice to have an actual door in your hotel room that you can open up and get fresh air and walk outside for a minute.

The heater took a long time to heat up the room. I fell asleep with it because it was taking so long. Then I woke up in the middle of the night very hot. The mattress was stiff.

The Entire staff was very welcoming. Every question was answered. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Cleanliness of the entire Magnuson Grand was spotless. My room was quiet and perfect. The location is ideal for traveling to the sightseeing adventures in the and around the area. I will rebook over and over.

The fact that I had to leave! I booked the trip prior to hurricane Helene. Now I have to go back to reality.

All of the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. When we asked for good places to eat, we were given a list of staff favorites, which turned out to be very useful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and in a good location. We appreciated the coffee and the refreshing cucumber water in the lobby.

We really have no complaints. But perhaps something that could be improved upon is breakfast. Fresh fruit would be nice. But really, the breakfast spread was generous.

The girl at the front desk during day not really friendly but not rude! Gave recommendation of where to eat and she asked what I liked and a nice meal not a bar atmosphere! Place she recommended was horrible and you ordered as you came in found your on seats and the condiments where sitting out including mayonnaise in one area not refrigerated for someone to go up and get! My husband never even got his meal! They forgot to but it in the register! Room needs better plugs! Husband has a breathing machine and the side you has to sleep on had no outlets! I did ask the gentleman the was working the desk that evening and he got us an extension cord! Really appreciate the help!

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Facilities at the hotel are great, as is the location. Exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed 2 nts on each end of our trip - the first room was absolutely perfect. The second at the end of our trip had an overpowering stink of mildew (think clothes left in a washer for days or weeks). It wasn't the bedding or carpet - it came from the AC unit. We had to turn it off and just open windows during our stay. We had immediately asked for a different room on check in, but were told they had no other rooms. Never heard any followup from them during our stay.

The location was great. Breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub were fun. The room was clean and smelled clean. They always had hot coffee available in the lobby.

The bathroom fan didn't work. The door to the balcony was jammed shut. The WiFi didn't work for a single minute during the 2 nights we stayed.
