The location was superb for all of the places in downtown. Parking in downtown is expensive and hard to find so parking at the motel was a great advantage. The walk to downtown is less than a mile. The innkeeper was very polite and accommodating. The room was simple, clean and well fitted. This an excellent place for the value. The creek ran in front of the room and was wonderful to listen to at night.

I have no negative comments or suggestions. The rooms are simple, and you can hear the person on the second floor, but they have a strict policy on quiet times. It was not an issue for us. The quaintness was worth it.

I've stayed here several times and always find the property to be very well-kept, clean, in good repair and with comfortable rooms.

My neighbors were not respectful of the property's very clear policies regarding quiet hours and pets. I appreciate that earplugs are provided, as the property is small and, realistically, sound cannot be completely blocked between rooms. I have come to feel a little protective of the Fountain Creek Inn, over my multiple stays, and was bummed that others staying there had less investment in respecting the property and other guests.

The room is nicely remodeled and very efficient. The parking is adequate and the location very good. It is a short walk to Manatou Springs downtown area which is good because parking there is difficult. While there is no staff on premises, their email communication was good and effective.

There is no daily maid service. We appreciated the coffee maker in the room but they did not leave enough coffee for our two day stay. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator, which was not a problem for us but might be for some.

Cute cozy little room. Was very clean. perfect for what we needed for a short trip to visit family nearby. It is off-season when we stayed so the little Manitou Springs town was not a lot going on but that’s OK. instructions to check in and check out were great. Would definitely stay again if we were coming during the summertime. would love to see Manitou Springs area come alive. Only suggestion would be maybe a couple small rugs for the cold hard floors. It was perfect for what we needed and the price couldn’t be beat.

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed—including a coffee maker and mini fridge. The location was ideal—walking distance to the charming downtown area and just a short stroll to the Pikes Peak Cog Railway. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the mountain views were absolutely beautiful. Great place to stay in Manitou Springs!

Fountain Creek Inn check in with automatic door code. Auto locks after a minute or so. Really convenient compared to cards. no issues at check in. Great location, Walking distance to pretty much everything in Manitou Sorings, arcade, restaurants and trailheads. Very clean room, tiny and cozy, nice smelling clean soft comfy sheets. Had enough towels bathroom vent helped dry out everything. mini fridge under sink, the setting was at very cold and froze everything. The AC was high in the wall required a chair to see and adjust the settings. pod coffee maker in the room with three pods sugar two cups and two wooden stirrers. Table and two metal chairs movable enough to adjust the AC. One window with screen that opened onto the front walkway blinds keep closed so no one walking by could see in. WiFi just fast enough to stream, small tv that we could sign in to our streaming accounts. No carpet some type of wood look floors, so they were much better for us with the rain and coming in from hiking. Top floor was quiet. Was messaged to collect and take out our trash and place all dirty towels in the center of the bed before leaving. Waiting to see if I’ll get my deposit back. Sorry don’t have time to polish this review.

There is no front desk...you get sent a key code for your door. I liked that with the same number that text me, I could text back with a question and they responded right back to me. The town was super busy, I mean super busy. No parking any where. We were able to park and walk into town easily. Also there was a free shuttle bus stop a block away. The bed was comfy, supplied shampoo a d conditioner. The fridge kept things nice and cold. 10/10 in my books. Hope to visit again.

It was a very nice room for a couple. Bed was comfortable and clean. It is a small room with just the basics. Wouldn't do more than 2 people unless the third person was an infant. Very convenient to Manitou Springs, we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Went for the annual coffin race, saved a bunch in parking fees and could walk back and forth between our room and the event very easily. Had a fire-pit but we didn't use. Nice location near a stream.

The sink drained slow but wasn't too bad. Could hear the folks above us moving around.

Location was fantastic! Downtown is completely walkable and just to have a parking spot it was worth it. The bleak outlook of the motel was overcome by the immaculate rooms, SO clean. Shower water pressure was good and the climate control was acceptable. Room to room sound insulation was good. Room was well worth its price.

Automated completely, no staff... There is a house up front but signage everywhere for email protocols only. Nothing came up but it was a little weird. That said I didn't see much in the way of security or cameras. The room is fine but basic... well worth its price. The beds were a bit on the tough side.

Place was spotless! It's not fancy, but super clean which is more important in my book, and you can see the mountains!! Besides that, the location was easily walkable to downtown and a short drive to many local attractions. I decided to take the cog railway up pike's peak, but parking at the depot was expensive. Instead, I was able to walk from the Inn to the neareat bus stop (about 5 minute walk), then hop on the free local transport up to the depot. Very helpful! Back at the room, I loved that you could open the windows and hear Fountain Creek running nearby - added to the relaxation. I had my own minisplit in the room so I could control temperature, and when I heard my neighbor's shower turn on, I didn't have any change in water temperature. The shower head was nice too! The owner was very responsive and friendly, and gave me excellent recommendations when I had questions about the area. They even accommodated me on a special request about parking and I was very well taken care of!

No complaints! The fact that each room has a mini fridge made this even more friendly to budget travel! A microwave or instant hot water pot would have made it even more so, but I was able to pack in cold breakfasts and lunches and only eat out for dinners. Super helpful! The place is located on the 'mainstreet' of the town, so there was a fair amount of Friday night activity and traffic which got a little noisy, but it quieted down well at a reasonable time and the owner provided earplugs just in case.
