I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Fillmore Inn and had a great experience overall. Although there was a minor hiccup with my booking initially, the staff handled it professionally and efficiently. Highlights of my stay: 1. Exceptional Service: • The staff was incredibly cooperative and courteous, always going above and beyond to accommodate any requests. 2. Breakfast Options: • The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options even for vegetarian guests, which is often hard to find. 3. Overall Experience: • The property was well-maintained, and the overall service was exceptional, making my stay very comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great service, a good breakfast spread, and attentive staff makes it a fantastic choice for travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

This is now one of our top 5 nicest hotels! We’ve spent time in plenty of hotels for traveling, but never a Best Western. The staff welcomed us with care as we arrived just before midnight. They called us by name as they saw our reservation and the time we were to arrive (from booking.com). We appreciated the newness of the hotel, the comfortable beds, and the overall cleanliness. The delicious breakfast spread went beyond just the oatmeal bar and waffle section. They offered homemade scrambled eggs in either sandwiches or burritos, as well as homemade salsa, potatoes, and sausage served by their staff. They offered other milk varieties and a great spread of toppings (berries, chocolate chips, granola, etc) with warm fresh baked cookies in the evenings. The coffee wasn’t the greatest tasting, and we did not try their evening pizza bar, but this is a hotel we would stay in again. We loved the convenience of it being next to the highway, a gas station, and on top of a hill that overlooked sunrises over Colorado Springs! For the price and comfort - this is why it makes the top five!

The hotel was super clean and the room was pretty big and had a lot of space to store our stuff. The hot water is super hot (my favorite) and it's unlimited so you can have infinite hot baths! The pool was small and shallow but it's an open hotel pool in colorado so I can't complain. Theres a little snackbar with snacks you can purchase, it's pricey but convienent nonetheless.

I didn't like the sketchy parking and sketchy area of town. I also didnt like that my room said "mountain view" on the booking but my view was crackheads and a wall.

I had to extend my stay because of my child being hospitalized. Staff was great but prices outrageous!

The breakfast bar was the best continental style breakfast I've ever had. They had a pancake machine, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits w/ gravy, a parfait station, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, juice bar, coffee/tea station, etc. They even had someone serving the hot food, so it felt cleaner than the usual hotel breakfast where everyone is using the same serving utensils to get their food. Truly a fantastic way to start the day. The pool was heated, so it was comfortable to swim in, even if it wasn't really 'warm.' The rooms were cozy and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The blackout curtains worked pretty well. The decor was nice, and everything felt.... welcoming. It was a place that my wife and kids really enjoyed staying at. 10/10 would recommend.

The two things that were not great: 1) the LED indicator on the fire alarm was very bright. It lit up our entire bed the entire night, and the ceilings were high enough I couldn't reach it to cover it with even just a piece of tape, and 2) the room next to us left their tv blaring the entire night. We slept pretty good since we had a busy day, but hearing voices at 3am was a weird thing to wake up to as a laugh track went off overly loud.

Hotel was clean, room was big & comfortable, bathroom was big & wonderful. We loved the glassed in shower. Great location.

We realized two days after we checked in (stayed 4 nights) that the banging we heard in the mornings was not from the room above us but from the storage room next to us. Every morning at 5:00 we were rudely awakened by the staff getting their cleaning supplies next to us. I recommend no one stay in Room 346.

Kitchenette was perfect for our 3 day stay, big enough fridge, and stove was a savior for reheating leftovers. Lots of countertop space in bathroom and large bathroom drawer was great. Beds very comfortable.Fuse blew once and toilet plugged up once. They were very responsive and fixed both issues promptly. Breakfast was very good, variety of food, and changed menu every day. Having a pizza restaurant on premises and bar open all day thru evening is a plus, and the Tiramisu was the bomb! .

Lights in the room were too fluorescent white. Need to change to softer lighting. Our room was missing the luggage rack which I would have liked to use and also missing the occupied room placard. Everything

The hotel was a great location for what we wanted to do ... Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Rock Ledge Ranch. It was also close the an expressway so it was easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was better than most with a lot of variety both hot and cold. They have the ever popular waffle maker in another room (with other cold options) next to the main dining area which really helped with the flow of people using the buffet. It was a great move. Our next hotel had the waffle maker in the middle of the buffet and it caused backups with people trying to get breakfast. We would stay there again.

Our only complaint was our room card key was deactivated after the first night. Unfortunately it was raining when we tried to get in a back door with the card key, our arms were full, we tried both keys and got pretty wet despite the little archway over the door. We had to get back in the car, drive around to the office and have the keys reactivated. Interestingly enough the man in front of me had the same issue. I'm not sure what the issue was and it was a bit inconvenient made a little worse because I was tired and wet.

Everything! We were pleasantly surprised! I don’t know what you guys are doing, but keep doing it! I stay in alot of hotels, and yall are doing it right! I’m a business owner myself and I know it’s hard! I know you don’t get appreciated! But I did appreciate the stay! And will definitely be returning to more of your locations in city’s we visit. Wishing all of you much success!
