The staff was friendly and efficient. Our king room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was laid out well with a large vanity outside the bathroom. We did not eat the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Instead, we ate a great breakfast at MO’s diner, which is a few blocks away—that was a plus for staying here! We had everything we needed and will stay here again.

This is an older motel, so it is a little frayed around the edges. That didn’t bother us, but if you are looking for something less dated, it might not suit you. Also be aware that your door will open on the outside, not on an inside hall. Not a problem for us.

The beds are super comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is key for being able to enjoy Manitou Springs and all the fun things to do in the area. Despite the hotel being older, it is well taken care of and I would stay again for sure!

Due to the hotel being older there are limited plug-in's for charging items. This would be a pretty easy upgrade for them and something most people would really appreciated. I also could have used a microwave to heat up my dinner / breakfast, BUT the refrigerator was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was perfect for us, as we had plans to do things in every direction from Manitou Springs. It was nice to be within walking distance of downtown, and still be close to a major highway (US 24)

The breakfast was just ok-----would've been nice to have a bigger selection. And I don't think the fruit got replaced the whole week we were there; by Saturday AM the oranges were small, dried, and hard.

Room was very large and clean. Lots of places to hang things and lots of surfaces for suitcases and other items without being crowded. Great location. Close to Garden of the God's and Hwy 24. Was able to walk to dinner in Manitou Springs. Plenty of places to plug in electronics.

The bed was not very comfortable. People in room beside us were fighting and were disruptive in the night.

The hotel is at the outskirts of town but you can easily walk there. There is a shuttle bus stop right across the street that takes you into town or all the way to the cog railway station. I had plenty of time before the departure of the cog railway, so I opted to walk there. Google maps will tell you that it will take about 45 minutes to get there, however it took me only 30. The hotel has a quaint little pool. It's not ideal for swimming laps but I did it anyway and it worked. The hotel is also a very short distance from the Garden of the Gods. 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Indoor hot tub and pool were clean and the hot tub was at a nice temperature. Building itself is a bit dated but the rooms and the property is clean and the beds are very comfortable! Located on the main street and off the interstate made easy access to everything. Staff was very welcoming and courteous.

Everything was very clean, friendly staff, great location. Comfortable beds, refrigerator, direct TV.

Only issue we had was to change the channels, we had to stand right next to the TV because the direct TV box was mounted on the back of the TV stand. Not a big deal, was literally my only complaint.

The outdoor patio table and chair area was a real bonus for enjoying the mountain air. Good location for walking to restaurants and the lovely local park.

The pool was too chilly to really enjoy.

Traffic was difficult to slot in to, people smoking outside of our rooms, for a non smoking hotel

Good location an older hotel that’s been updated.

The bathroom had a dirty area on the wall that should be cleaned and painted. Update with USB plugs and additional electrical plugs. People have a lot of devices nowadays.
