This location is spectacular. The booking and check-in process were very easy, and I got an actual phone call from the management just prior to my arrival, welcoming me. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. To clarify 'comfortable' - this building is literally over 100 years old; the floors creak, among other characteristics of its rich history. The large-screen smart television is situated for viewing whether seated at the kitchen counter or relaxing on the very comfortable bed (furnished with soft linens, plush comforter and pillows), the balcony is roomy and offers an amazing view. Fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi? Yes! My room also had a jacuzzi! If you are seeking a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful retreat, with genuinely friendly staff - BOOM! - The Lodge is the spot!

Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like, but I will advise that if you are looking for sleek, high-end luxury, this is not your spot. This is an old mountain sanctuary, hosting people who are looking for quiet comfort and great service.

LOVED the place and the facilities manager who helped answer my booking questions. I loved how clean the room and grounds were. I loved the balcony and the woodsy feeling of everything. Very lovely place to stay. Neighbors were quiet. We even loved the little kitchenette next to the bed for late night snacks! Loved walking outside to trails and deer roaming around. It was the perfect getaway.

We kept stubbing our shins/ toes on the bed frame. The air conditioning was a little loud. Other than that, I can't think of any other complaints. :)

This place was amazing, we stayed in the king suite the location was very clean. Dishes towels and bath exessories were all included in the room. The staff was very helpful and kept in contact to make sure all of our needs were met. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR A ROMANTIC GETAWAY!

Only thing that would've made this place a little better would be having netdlix as well when I clicked it on the TV it said the app wasn't downloaded and needed a pin to download.

Too small. The sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress. No mattress protector on the mattress, so when I woke up, I was sleeping on the bare mattress. The unit needed some minor repairs and did not have any place to hang a used towel except where clean towels was hanging

Amazing location with gorgeous views! Very comfortable bed, clean, well- maintained. We will be staying here any time we are in area!

Bed frame stuck out a little, left with a shin bruise. Hair dryer didn't work.

The room could have been better cleaned and the sheets and bed were not the cleanest.. we've never had any issues before which is why it shocked us so much but still overall good stay

We've been coming to Green Mountain Falls Lodge for a really long time and we always enjoy having a room with a jacuzzi tub to relax as well as the TV allowing access to multiple streaming services. The cabin like feel is wonderful to us and we always enjoy the view of the mountains. We are walking distance from our favorite pond and enjoy seeing the wildlife around us every day, the decorations and set up for the room is always to our liking. Wifi signal and AC unit is always available in the rooms, staff is LGBTQ friendly and we always feel welcome coming here. The staff is wonderful and granted us an upgrade for our room in this stay. A very quiet room and experience.

Kitchenette could use a lot more amenities as it was missing a few things such as a can opener and sponge, the curtains in the first room as well dont provide very much privacy to the outdoors. TV placement was a little finicky and would be better placed in a different area. Cell service is sometimes limited to one area so it is sometimes hard to reach the staff but have always been able to reach someone to help us. The bed did squeak quite a bit whenever we moved
