The breakfast options are minimal, but fine for our needs. Waffle maker as well as a variety of breads, pastries, cereals, and juice. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was new and modern, but it lacked any decor, including the lobby as well as the rooms, but didn't impact our stay. The room was pricey, but it was clean and likely their peak season.

Convenient, clean and comfortable - close to everything.

Front desk staff was difficult at check in - tried to tell me my name on reservation and my license didn’t match and almost didn’t let me check in. I’ll spare you the details but after an 11 hour drive that was not what I needed. First time this has ever happened to me in 52 years of using my nickname. Anyway, they finally made it right and got us into our rooms. Just beware for anyone else who might have a similar situation. Also, the mini snack store was poorly stocked.

Location was fantastic! One mile from conference at Charis, and first right turn after leaving conference each day. Also, I offered the other bed in my room to another conference goer whose original accommodations didn't work out, and Microtel didn't charge me extra. They were booked solid. We met as strangers, and left as friends.

Brealfast was a little limited. I like grapes, melon, etc fruit bowls. I should have put my ice chest ice packs into the freezer as soon as I transferred the food to the in-room refrigerator to give them more time to freeze. They didn't freeze overnight. However, the refrigerator froze my chicken salad which kept everything cold enough as it thawed on the drive home.

Breakfast spread was poorly maintained. Ran out of coffee multiple times, syrup for waffles, missing milk pitcher.

Good staff. Nice room and comfortable bed. Having a simple breakfast there was a good way to start the day. Property is close to many things to do and shopping, food.

Beds were comfortable queen beds. Staff friendly. Close to Charis. Price was reasonable.

I wish it did have a full breakfast with protein options, but not a deal breaker.

The wifi was super slow, like can't even check your email slow and one of the staff members rudely questioned what room we were in while we were getting breakfast

Rooms are large and well taken care of. Clean with little toiletries for basic hygienic care. Picturesque area in Woodland park. I deal location for a getaway
