Great stay for my family while visiting Garden of the Gods and the Colorado Springs area. We arrived very late, and the staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, even getting us some milk for my daughter, which was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and nicely set up. Breakfast was surprisingly decent, and parking was easy with convenient access in and out of the hotel.

My only suggestion would be to include a toiletries kit. It also would have been helpful to have extra towels in the room, especially for longer stays.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal for where we needed to go. The pool and hot tub were amazing, my 12 yr old loved every minute. The breakfast was great the first few days, a decent selection and delicious. Our final day not so much. The staff was always friendly and helpful. And let me add that the views were beautiful!!

The only real complaint we had was that they didn’t have the Chanel ABC and Friday was a big game for the OKC Thunder!!!! So we had to watch it on our phone

Location was great for our stay as we were able to see Pikes Peak the day we checked in, and the next day we checked out and went to Garden of the Gods which was just a couple of miles away up the hill. The hotel seemed very new or recently renovated, very nice and clean and quiet. I did not check out the available breakfast, but usually is good at this hotel chain. Also, there was quite a bit of covered parking which was well lit. We had our bikes locked on the bike rack of our car but still worried a little about theft, but we saw a security camera nearby and hoped for the best and there was no problem. Also, even though that part of town seemed old, (in a historic way), it was quiet at night.

Room and bed were very comfortable. The whole facility was very clean. Location was good for us as we were right next to the highway 24 entryway and traveling to Woodland park. If you are there to see Manitou Springs it is a long walk into town but doable. There maybe a shuttle you could take. Breakfast was okay, not bad, not great. I do love their gooey cinnamon rolls. Mattress and linens were very nice.

The check in was a little rough. We arrived at 5 and our room wasn't ready. There were about 5 other parties also waiting for their rooms. The check in person was disheveled, unshaven and rather curt in telling us our room wasn't ready. All he said was something like, "you can't check in for another 30 minutes." No explanation, no apology. After a few questions and answers we understood what was going on. We decided to go drive through town to check it out and got back at 6. By then the others had checked in and we checked in easily with the same person. He was less curt this time. Just not a good first impression. An explanation and apology upfront would have gone along way to easing the situation. However, the stay was fine and I would stay here again.

I loved the convenience of the covered parking spaces to the elevator. The site was very clean well taken care of. I loved that a free bus shuttle picked us up and took us into town and brought us back right in front of the hotel.

I didn’t like that the second morning my coffee maker would not work, and I reported it three times before the gentleman on duty the second day of our stay took care of it. There were ants in our bathroom. But other than that we had a great time

Both at the front desk were awesome. Both helped with everything question. Excellent customer service.

I didn't dislike anything. The beds can always be softer, but I slept, and the slight odor in the room could have been worse, but I got nose blind fairly quickly

The location is central The room was specious and clean. The design of the room is good and functional. Liked the bathroom setup. Bed was comfortable Breakfast was good and adequate for travelers.

Location and Room Comfort

I loved being able to walk to Garden of the Gods and take long walks each day. The location was perfect. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect setup for our 5 person family.
