It was ok and good location.

Person we checked in with didn’t seem too happy with her job. I asked her how much it would be for another night and I felt I got a better deal with booking.com then what she gave me, but I went ahead and booked. Next morning I checked out and checked back in and a gentleman by the name of Austin was very pleasant and nice and out of no where he said he was going to give us a better deal, I thought that was really nice of him. The lady from the night before , I felt like she was giving everyone else a good deal, but when it came to us, I guess we were not entitled to a good deal.

Massive room, we have king suite with jacuzzi bath. Very good value. Breakfast had plenty of options. And we were given a fresh baked cookie on arrival. Good location for access to royal canyon park and walking in the area. Right next to a chilli’s restaurant and short drive from lots of other food places.

The bathroom had paint peeling off the tiles and bath. So it didn’t feel 100% clean as you’d have little bits of paint chips in the bath with you. Our room was also opposite the laundry room. Luckily no one was doing their laundry over night while we were there but we could hear the machines when they were running.

Clean, good location. Staff was professional and friendly and not intrusive. Disappointed that pool as not open when we stayed, but mechanical issues do happen. Nothing awful to report but neither anything exceeding our expectations. We had a relatively quiet (main floor with traffic past our room to the rooms past ours) and comfortable room.

Traffic past our room. We stayed in the room because we had another room just down the hall. Air conditioner was noisy (no more than usual, but we didn't like the noise). Also, the toilet whined occasionally (must have been leaking past the shut-off valve).

My family and I visited Dakota hotsprings and the hotel was only 10 minutes away and the staff was super friendly and let my daughter pick a toy from the treasure chest she was thrilled breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the dining room was a really nice lady and she took extra time to be helpful and let my girl pick another prize! I was impressed with the staff mostly just so so nice!!

Hot tub was down

My wife is disabled(In wheelchair) we stayed in room 117.The handicap facilities in the room were exceptional.We've stayed at a few other hotels in the past and Best Western is the best.Staff very courteous and professional.The young lady working the breakfast bar is such a hard worker,shes always on the go staying on top of everything.

Front desk staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the area, they suggested some great local things to do with our 2, 5, and 7 year old daughters! Dottie in the kitchen was our favorite! She made breakfast our favorite part of the hotel; our whole family loved her. She was so sweet and simply made our day. The pool was very clean and a perfect treat for the kiddos; the hot tub and sauna were a plus for mom and dad. Parking lot is well-lit, felt very safe and has plenty of space for travelers. Our room and bathroom were incredibly clean, the beds were very comfortable. All around a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

N/A - We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel

Breakfast was ok - not great and not bad, location was good and the motel was comfortable. The room refrigerator worked well and the room was clean with a great shower. Good value.

The hallway needed to be vacuumed more often and the breakfast room was very crowded on the weekends. The door to the rear parking lot was under repair and could not be locked. No feeling of good security.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked the soap and shampoo. The water pressure in the shower was great. The cooling unit worked great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't notice a lot of noise either. I would stay there again.

There was no "Do Not Disturb" placard for my door. When I asked for one at the desk, I was given a placard regarding what to do with towels. However, I was not disturbed.

Although being a more out dated property it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived. It was our first time visiting and they suggested things to do and restaurants in the area.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The washrooms were newly renovated with good toiletries. We also used the hot tub and pool which were great as well.

Breakfast was good but it took a lot of time to refill the food items.
