Massive room, we have king suite with jacuzzi bath. Very good value. Breakfast had plenty of options. And we were given a fresh baked cookie on arrival. Good location for access to royal canyon park and walking in the area. Right next to a chilli’s restaurant and short drive from lots of other food places.

The bathroom had paint peeling off the tiles and bath. So it didn’t feel 100% clean as you’d have little bits of paint chips in the bath with you. Our room was also opposite the laundry room. Luckily no one was doing their laundry over night while we were there but we could hear the machines when they were running.

Clean, good location. Staff was professional and friendly and not intrusive. Disappointed that pool as not open when we stayed, but mechanical issues do happen. Nothing awful to report but neither anything exceeding our expectations. We had a relatively quiet (main floor with traffic past our room to the rooms past ours) and comfortable room.

Traffic past our room. We stayed in the room because we had another room just down the hall. Air conditioner was noisy (no more than usual, but we didn't like the noise). Also, the toilet whined occasionally (must have been leaking past the shut-off valve).

Front desk staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the area, they suggested some great local things to do with our 2, 5, and 7 year old daughters! Dottie in the kitchen was our favorite! She made breakfast our favorite part of the hotel; our whole family loved her. She was so sweet and simply made our day. The pool was very clean and a perfect treat for the kiddos; the hot tub and sauna were a plus for mom and dad. Parking lot is well-lit, felt very safe and has plenty of space for travelers. Our room and bathroom were incredibly clean, the beds were very comfortable. All around a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was ok - not great and not bad, location was good and the motel was comfortable. The room refrigerator worked well and the room was clean with a great shower. Good value.

The hallway needed to be vacuumed more often and the breakfast room was very crowded on the weekends. The door to the rear parking lot was under repair and could not be locked. No feeling of good security.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked the soap and shampoo. The water pressure in the shower was great. The cooling unit worked great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't notice a lot of noise either. I would stay there again.

There was no "Do Not Disturb" placard for my door. When I asked for one at the desk, I was given a placard regarding what to do with towels. However, I was not disturbed.

Although being a more out dated property it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived. It was our first time visiting and they suggested things to do and restaurants in the area.

Great hotel, great breakfast, great staff. The room was nice and clean, close to restaurants and shopping. There is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Would definatley book again.

The hot tub didn't work, but we didn't use any way, so I can't be disappointed in that.

The property was very easy to find, was immaculately clean. The room was fresh smelling and was super clean. The entrance and surrounding landscaping was very well kept. Great breakfast and the staff were friendly and polite.

The front desk staff was excellent. We had a few problems when we were there and they went out of their way to help us. They were friendly and efficient. It took very little time to check in and we were settled in quickly. Also, the breakfast hostesses were very helpful and they served things that my diabetic husband could eat--not just sweets!

The fan on our air conditioner would work sporadically or not at all. The front desk employees tried to help and put in a request for the maintenance staff to fix it. All he did was change the filters which did not fix the fan. The front desk staff again tried to fix it but they decided to put us in another room. Also, the commode in the first room rocked but we changed rooms before we could test it. In the second room, the coffee maker did not work at all. We told them about this but it was never replaced. I think the maintenance staff should pay more attention to the actual problem and not try to cut corners to fix things.

The location worked well for our activities and was conveniently close to Royal Gorge and restaurants.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but not bad enough to complain. The breakfast could have been a little better but a good stay.
