The location was really good and the staff were very courteous.

The pool was disappointing . Didn’t get in at all. I thought it was very dirty looking.

We loved the music with breakfast in the morning. The man in the morning and the girl in the afternoon/night were very friendly, and despite being short staffed, we never ran out of anything. Kudos to the staff! We also liked the fact that we could control the room temperature. Breakfast was good, and Uber to the hotel from McDonald's was quick and painless! Thank you all! We will be back!!!

No tissue in room, no plastic ice bucket liner in room, , no lids for coffee cups in lobby, broken ice maker on 1st floor

The breakfast was convenient, and the waffles were an added bonus. The morning guy and afternoon lady were very helpful and friendly, and the music in the morning was great. Considering it was off season and the staff seemed a little short, we never ran out of anything. All in all, it was a great experience.

Facility was quiet. Full size shampoo and other bathroom necessities were much appreciated. Parking was easy. Breakfast was adequate minus the very salty eggs.

Vending and ice machines were not working. Several people standing near front entrance smoking was kind of gross, staff included.

How clean the room, and the bathrooms were. How clean the elevator and hallways were. How clean the breakfast area was. Mostly how friendly the staff was.

didnt care for smoking within several feet (5 to 6) from exit doors.matter of fact a person was standing right in front entrance with door open smoking.i opt to exit south door and find two people there smoking ,and cigarette waste container a few feet from door.i could see people at other exit doors smoking. should be a designated area as some of the other hotels provide.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, hot tub was nice.

We were in a room next to the utility room and something in that room would make a lot of noise from about 8pm until almost 6am every night. Also didn't like the pillows.

the easy access to the highway and close proximity to food/ gas and an urgent care that we ended up needing.

bellhop carts are broken up and need replaced. the tubs need replaced and the elevator doors need a good cleaning.

The location was very good. Convenient to all the tourist sights that the area offers.

The room didn’t have a clock or Kleenex. Not to be too picky, but I didn’t like how the bed was made up. It didn’t have a fitted sheet over the mattress and the cover was torn and didn’t fit properly. There were two top sheets
