In today's world of so many choices, it's nice to see a budget hotel that has maintained its property, kept it clean, and offers a great place for road trip travelers to get a good night's sleep before moving on. I would have no problem staying here again on our next visit, and it would also be a good option for other travelers.

I don't expect too much when I travel, but I doo want a clean room that appears to be taken care of. And hot water for a shower after being in the wilderness all day is always a good thing. The staff was very friendly, and although short, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

While this place may look old and run down, it was by far VERY clean and comfortable. Other reviews say the street noise was a problem, but the only time I heard cars was when a semitruck was shifting their gears. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels clean and the owners were wonderful and respectful. I have stayed in over 5 hotels in this city in the last 3 months and this hotel is worth keeping in mind. I also liked that the air unit was not super loud as I am a light sleeper. When I spoke to management about leaving at 2am on my check out day they offered me snacks so I would have food for my travels. Thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality.

Having an option to turn the light off out side to make the room darker would've been nice, but I still slept well.

The owners (husband wife) were very friendly. Very willing to accommodate our request for handicap bathroom. If we come to Cañon City, We will call this place. The only setback was no breakfast, just coffee and packaged muffins. We are diabetics and can't eat them. That left us with only coffee Yet, because of the friendliness of the owners, I will stay again.

Again, the only issue was that breakfast was not for diabetics.

The rooms are decorated with fun, unique finds. The little turtle on my bathroom door made me smile. The gentleman at the front desk made sure to offer coffee and snacks upon checkout, and even though I declined, he handed me a frozen bottle of water, which is exactly what I needed for the long drive ahead. It's the little things, and this hotel nails it.

I live in a very remote area, so the sound of constant traffic going by on the 50 was a bit distracting, but it certainly didn't stop me from staying here again on my next visit through town.

Location was great and the room was meticulously clean. The guy who checked us in was I believe the owner. Very friendly person and offered us muffins, coffee, and bottled water in the morning. Very clearly communicated the expectations.

The carpet is very old and shows signs of wear. Everything else seems to be either updated, repaired, or going to be fixed soon. But the cleanliness was unmatched. Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at.

I have stayed here multiple times and I've also stayed at most hotels in town as my hubby is in prison down here and this is by far my favorite place to stay. The rooms are always SO clean, they smell amazing when you walk in. Everything is comfortable and the rooms are large. I've never had issues with anything and the staff is so friendly and on top of it. Price is also fantastic and there are very few around any better priced, and the ones comparable are run down, not well maintained, not that clean and usually are filled with unfavorable people who are loud. I absolutely love staying here!

The room was clean. Location convenient. Very quiet. Starbucks right across the street, Staff was super friendly. Great value for our 2 day stay in the area. The reviews are real! Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The pillows are my only complaint. They’re extremely uncomfortable. My partner and I who both have different preferences on pillows found it difficult to get to and stay asleep because of how uncomfortable the pillows are, unfortunately.

I've stayed here on three separate occasions now. Each time, the room was exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Location is near downtown area with convenient access to area attractions and restaurants. Furnishings and the building itself are dated, but the price is great if all you are needing is a place to sleep and shower. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. For the price and comparison to other hotels with similar price, you can’t beat them! They take honor in their business. Definitely staying there again.

The motorist driving buy were really loud at some points. But there’s nothing anyone can do about that. Slept really well regardless. Also, walls are a little thin but you can’t do anything about that as well.

The property was very clean. Parking was simple and it was very easy to check in. We couldn’t hear noise from other rooms and there were no disturbances. The woman who I checked out with was so nice! She gave us frozen water bottles, muffins, and yogurt for our departure. I was really satisfied.

I should have asked for more towels as it was that time in the month for me, but it wasn’t a big deal at all!
