Price! Location! Clean! Comfortable! Conveniently located in Clinton for my Deep Feet massage therapy Class at Stone Temple Wellness. Linens and room very clean and towels replaced and bed made daily. Close to restaurants, gas, groceries, pharmacy that are all right on Main St. Mattress was updated and comfortable. Complimentary toiletries included toothpaste packets, shampoo, soap, conditioner. Single serve coffee maker in room. The heater had a constant fan mode to drown out any noise from neighbors or road. Freshly painted walls. Room darkening shades. Spacious room. Desk for business. Fridge, microwave, television, comfy chair. Owners accommodating. I’ve never stayed in a small motel like this one. It’s older but well maintained and a good place to spend a couple of days.

Just check the outlets if you plug your phone in to charge. Some of them work on light switch and I recommend checking to see which one so your phone gets charged.

Although a but outdated you could see an effort to modernize it. The bed was comfortable the room was clean . I loved the full couch so you could watch tv and not be in bed. It was quiet and we slept great.. The owners were so sweet.

There is nothing negative to say.

Very friendly staff. They had the air-conditioning running for us before we checked in, so we didn't have to enter a hot, muggy room. They had a nice pool around back. The mini fridge worked well. The TV worked well. They even provided the soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispenser bottles in the shower. It was a quiet and comfortable stay.

The hair dryer in the bathroom was missing. If I needed it, I would have called the front desk, but I didn't need it. Other than that, everything was fine.

This is a quiet and clean motel in a convenient location. We appreciated being able to book a large room that could accommodate our whole family (2 adults, 2 kids).

We found the room to be neat and clean and the beds comfortable. In our large room there was even a seating area for those who wanted to watch TV. The only thing we would change would be the pillows--they were a little too firm.

There isn't breakfast here which is fine, motel is good location and is a great value and clean with no frills. Stay here all the time and would recommend it for short stays while traveling through the area.

microwave not working properly and dish that rotates inside isn't even the proper one that rotates food but you can figure out how to work around it. Told management about it a couple of months ago when I stayed in that same unit but was never taken care of but manageable.

The sun was fabulous. He was a very nice guy. The room was great but the owners were lazy. I asked six times for towels I’m about to get in the shower I don’t have any clothes on and there’s no towels are you kidding me are you kidding me?

If you’re going to own property attention to detail, you should have towels in my humble opinion, especially if you ask for them six times, and you’re a woman traveling by herself I won’t stay here again even though the place was beautiful the room was very clean and the sun was very nice guy Have a good day.

Easy to get to and bring luggage in. Felt extremely safe as was right across from the police station. Staff very friendly bed was great. We just stayed one night and it was perfect for the rate and the accommodations. 

The lighting was not great, but to be honest, I have stayed in Hilton properties that were just the same. So it didn’t affect my opinion of whether I would stay there again, which I certainly would but it is worth mentioning.

The location was perfect for us. We came down from Western Mass to attend a concert in Old Saybrook. The accommodations are not fancy, but it is an exceptional value. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was everything we needed

The motel is a little dated and several things in the room (the bathroom fan, the shower rod, the furniture) were either showing signs of wear (rust) or were not working.

I didn't see breakfast but was not expecting one. The room was perfect size for us and its was clean and mostly quiet while we were there. Its reasonable priced and we love the area its in with many great restaurants and close to beaches and will go back next time in the area.

makeshift parts of wood keeping the toilet from moving back to the wall, but when moving forward the wood drops out and makes loud noise but works and we deal with it.
