The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast corner was ok, but not many choices. Staff was friendly. Close to I 95 so it was an easy access to New Haven and vicinity.

It was graduation time at Yale, so the price of the room was increased for the event. This may be the norm for all hotels in the vicinity, but I still think it's wrong. It's taking advantage of us and leaving us with no choice but to book. It's called gouging. Overcharging. They all do it, but it's still not right.

I found the staff were friendly and the rooms were quite clean. The guests were friendly and that was quite refreshing. The service desk staff worked with you and were very friendly. An elevator would have been nice but, as there were only two floors, it wasn't bad if you weren't on the first floor. Overall it's a good place if you only go there to sleep.

The pool was small compared to the pictures and only 3 feet deep the whole 20 foot length which was great for children but not so much adults especially if you're a lap swimmer. The exercise room was locked tight and I guess was accessible if you ask them to come and unlock it. I found that the breakfast was the bare minimum that could be classified as a breakfast. When it came to towels, it was on a rotation basis. You had to bring your room towels to the pool and then trade them out to get fresh ones. If I were by myself then it wouldn't be a problem but I had my children with me so I went through three towels quickly.

Breakfast was ok. I've had better but with prices rising in food all the time it satisfied our hunger. Gone are the days of complete hotel buffets with bacon, eggs, waffles and oatmeal

More variety. We came down at 7:45 and everything was picked over. Only one yogurt left, no paper plates. It was all restocked as we were leaving. It seemed there was only one person manning front desk and the breakfast area so it's understood what short staffing is like. It was restocked as we were leaving and we did have bagels so we had enough to eat

The staff was very nice. The property was clean. The rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable. They had a complementary breakfast as well.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have an elevator we had to carry all our luggage and bags up the steps. there were no more rooms available on the first floor so that’s why I rated this hotel as an eight instead of 10 because they didn’t have an elevator.

Had bathtub but when I accidentally spilled ice water on mattress they didn't have Xtra one for us lol so Had to let bedding dry hanging in room. Think they could of offered to dry the sheets and pad,comforter

My boyfriend and I both had meetings in the area the next day so we decided last min to stay the night so we wouldn’t have to commute. We didn’t want to spend too much, just needed somewhere to sleep. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the front desk was very sweet. The property was very clean and you could tell the room was recently updated. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating also very convenient to location of the woodwinds where we attended wedding. Restaurants are also nearby.

Better accomodations for a wheelchair trying to get into bathroom was very difficult doorways too small. No signs notifying you of Continental breakfast or where it would be accidentally ran into it looking for coffee refill for room

Sure! During my last hotel stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that made my trip even more enjoyable.

The location is really in the middle of nowhere lol but that’s fine

The place is very clean and the staff was great. I will definitely recommend it.
